for that price it looks like a pretty gewd pack i must say. ive got alpine and i wuldnt get anything else apart from the top of the range stuff out of alpine. (http://www.alpine.com.au/products/index.asp) they r a bit pricy but the quality is insane so clear and hold bass really well without distorting!

hey! as far as the headunits go, ive got an alpine CDA 9885i and its sweeeet, plays so well, its never skipped and ive had sum reall scratched cd's in it. features r u can change the colour of ur main opperation buttons between red and blue, u can controll ipod from headunit not from ipod, i think its the same with bluetooth, havnt set that up yet, can have background visuals while lsitenin 2 music, comes up wit notes sayin happy new year, xmas, u can even set ya b-day in it fo it 2 say happy b-day lol as for speakers ive got S type 6.5inch speakers front and back aswell as a 12inch S type sub all amped from a 1200 watt amp and thats loud enought rearview mirror vibrates like hell and cant c out of it when on max vol lol no distortion on front and rear speakers from 2 much bass, crisp & clear music, my girlfriend says she can hear it from her room at the back of the house and can hear word for word, das how clear it is. if S types sound really gewd id think R types or even X types would b crazy!

here have a look at the range of alpine headunits http://www.alpine.com.au/products/index.asp?section=1 they play music so much clearer then previouse headunits ive had in ma other car, especially wen runnin with their speakers aswell. yeah im a big fan of alpine maself , i have an alpine 9885i headunit which has ipod controll, bluetooth (ipod and bluetooth all controlled through headunit so no using ipod to find and play songs) cd player ofcourse and sum wikid fidly things 2 make it look cool, can even change the colour of ur buttons between red or blue.

yeah thanx guys, i did mine 2night and noticed wat screw does wat...the one inline with the low beams jst above the cap u twist 2 seal globe makes it turn left or right and the 1 jst underneath the cap makes it go up and down) its real hard to get to the drivers side one down underneath the cap as the water resevoir for ur window sprayers is in the way. afta jst have a mess about wit em 2night has already made a noticable difference and can see more bt im movin it back in a little as its to much outwards. cheers Ryan

yeah i agree hey, i think ima stick with my 1st choice which was having blue (as close as i can get it to the colour of my led dials) and kep the outside silver will look sweet..coz i dnt want alot of blue outside atract to much attention...attentions good lol but not from the wrong ppl (cops) cheers Ryan

dude when series 2's came out they redesigned the whole headlight again as they have a new bonnet to fit to. having designed a new lense to them aswell! still use the same globes but the lense's help a bit more as they are clearer Ryan

yeah i get what u mean, thats what i wanna do have it fiber glassed into the sides but only 1 at the start as i got my 1 amp all tacken (as amps are expensive) with the front alpine amped back alpine amped and my sub off 1 amp and dont think will b enought for another 12 inch alpine sub to run off of it haha ive only got 6.5inch S types in front and back and a S type 12 inch sub and thats enought bass outside..crystl clear inside no distortion in speakers (had it pro tuned) from to much bass and no ratling, reall happy! sh@#ts on any other commonwhores sound system!

im still deciding wether i shuld have blue interior or silver...thinkin if i have blue the leds wuldnt stand out as much as up against silver....what do u think??

are the phillips diamond vision gewd, what colour do they come out as im lookin for a real white light with blue tinge. im looking at buying them or the crystal vision...and are u able 2 post a pic of what they like at night?? cheers

im not sure myself about the type-m/m-spec thing but i do no that series 2 R33 have better lights then the series 1 R33's as my m8 has a series 1 and my series 2 headlights are clear and not yellow and foggy...ive changed my globes in my low and high beams and are both H1's any H1's will fit perfect...but im still trying to figure what screw does what for the low beam adjustment as i want my low beams a touch higher they only form a circle infront of my car about 3-4 metres infront...any help wit that 1 would b sweet!

Yeah im the same, my headlights on my series 2 are only making a little circle of light in the front of my car on the floor, wanting to no what screw does what to raise my low beams?

Hey i was wondering if any1 could help me. my series II R33 hasnt got the best lighting at night, im running calibre xenon blue from supercheap auto on low and hi beams. would phillips diamond vision be better?? or chromium white?? was wondering if i should Readjust the angle of my headlights aswell....any1 no how 2 do so or have a good link on what screws do what?? cheers
