Hey ! I swapped a rb25neo into my r32 gtst about ten years ago and never correctly wired the wiper motors! Now it’s time to drive this thing again . They turn off and do not return to the park position. Can anyone help me with the wiring diagrams ? Thanks !

Does anyone know if the headgasket from an 89 rb26 will fit on a neo 25?

yeah mine took about a week in total also.its pretty simple,just take your time and do things right the first time and you wont have any problems good luck

it would be easier to put it back into an r33. r32 swap has different lengthed driveshafts, motor mounts,power steering pump,and the wiring needs to be modified.The tranny is a different size so the mounts need to be modified there also,and if your speedometer is an electronic output on your old tranny it will not work with the r32 speedometer. i did an r34 rb25 so its a bit different than your motor so the wiring was more difficult. but in my opinion it is well worth it,i love the power that it has now,in such a light car. good luck

why does the steering wheel effect the hicas system? and sorry i didnt realize you had a gtr until now.

double check the wiring. or get it diagnosed by comp. I hate first generation hicas it is useless. If all else fails do what i did and remove it completely.

k i know this sounds obvious but did u check your fluid level? and my motor swap i did in my car sets mine off when the hicas is supposed to kick in,even when the p.s fluid is fulll

im fairly certain its not the starter the motor cranks fine and you can hear it turning over i think its the block resistor for the ignition system that is located on the firewall. does anyone know the part number for it?

I started the car and drove around for a bit then went in to wal mart for like 5 mins and then it didnt want to start again. it kept cranking over and i could feel the fuel lines pulsing. I then came back about an hour later and it started right up,does this sound like a resistor heating up and shitting out? has anyone else had this problem before? the engine is a neo rb25det also does anyone know how I can read codes off the new motor? If maybe i can hook my laptop up to it with a program? or something along those lines.I live in canada and the nearest shop that knows about my car is almost 6 hours away. CHEERS! thank you, Garret
