damn man, sounds like they rly wanted to get ya, sorry to hear it having stretched tires is a defect? i have 225's on a 9' rim and have been pulled over 3 times with that size no hassles so far... can someone confirm this please? might have to re-think my tire size next time i get some new rubber

yeah +1 in relation to the remote start, its illegal to leave a car running unattended, therefore remote starting devices are illegal. Also timers are illegal for that reason and the fact that they may keep a car running after an accident. in really cold countries they are great, cos they can get ur car warmed up, and also get ur heater goin (common place in canada).

yeah can stretch 215's across 9's if you want they will spin up easy as, i run 225's on my 9's. its a good amount of stretch.. the only problem is they aren't a very common size

Exhaust Technology on goodwood road, near the underpass are great. i have had some small fixes etc done by D&T in the city cos its close to my work, but if it goes on the books, and not a cash sale expect to part with a fair few $$
