yeh im with most ppl here... dont go over 3k till oil n water are up to temp. I never bother with warming up apart from getting up to oil pressure cos ur diff n trans dont get warmed up sitting there stationary! Most of my day to day driving is putting about off boost, with a squirt here and there. Dont usually get over 4k. I do however drive in the hills a couple times a week to blow the cobwebs out

i wave to damn near every skyline i see, and 90% of the time i get a wave back not so much as a ford n holden kinda thing, i just wanna congratulate all the other ppl that i see on the road on their fine choice of car

LOL yeah was 1/2 joking, would not recommend it, im sure someone here as a stock exhaust that u could borrow... a mate of mine did that, made a restrictor plate to put in the exhaust (cut it out of the case of an old pc), and put steel wool in front of it then chugged to the cop shop instant red neck muffler

My car came over from Vic, They have to go thru regency, then you transfer the rego to SA. remove the turbo timer, make sure the pod filter is secure, spray the engine with degreser and pack the zorst with steel wool to muffle it there is a small time window from getting the car inspected to the last day u can get ur new plates. i got stung on this, and had to take the car back to regency (no inspection, just VIN check) also keep in mind that when u register it u pay stamp duty, new plates, transfer fee and for the period of time that u register the car for. took me a bit by surprise. good luck with the purchase

yeah Pete, designed as a show bike but no doubt it hauls ass i reckon it would leave me sitting at the lights scratching my head

judging by the seating position on the bike, sustained high speeds would tax ur arms somewhat cos u'd sit up and effectively be a parachute... could prove hard to hang on. Don't have farings (spelling?) to hide from the wind. no doubt that tourqe monster would have a whole bunch of get up n go, accelerating at an alarming rate would be no hassle just my 2c
