what kind of tint are you guys inquiring about.... will microwave sensors work through it? cos apparently if the tint is metal based you might as well throw out ur microwave sensor, it blocks the signal from getting out of the car

ASC are good, we used to handle their IT... good ppl to deal with

thanks lads! cos i have gheto spec rims that i painted with a couple cans of black spray paint, to minimise the paint chips n extra work respraying, im gonna try the hot soapy water and a kenco brush... elbow grease is probably the best option

hi guys, im curious as to what you use to clean your rims (cleaning products and whatcha use to scrub etc) ... basicaly... what is the most effective way to remove brake dust??

I met 32 GTR on goodwood road in the slow ass moving traffic on my drive home from work, wow your car is so straight and CLEAN !! omg, put my car to shame cos it was soooo dirty.... went straight home and washed it also spotted a blue R33 with gold rims turning off brighton road onto seacombe road exchanged waves typical that i ppl see my car just when i get it back from the mechanic and its filthy

nice work i was certainly impressed with their service when i went in, good that they have love for SAU once more

i spoke to the older guy on the phone i think that was brad, and got served by ben? a young guy (im fkn hopeless with names ) yeah i got the slave cyl no hassles, they are great guys... helpfull as and know their shit. sucks that they have been ripped off in the name of SAU EDIT: oh and i reckon that the member card is a fkn great idea

i wondered why i got a funny look when i went in to get a new slave cyl for my 32 a couple weeks back and i mentioned that i got pointed in their direction by this forum :S

jus an update... my clutch is A-OK was the pivot ball that died, the only hold up is my 32 does not have a standard gearbox (nfi what its from), so the pivot ball is an odd size (bigger than standard). Just waiting for them to source one, and im back on the road and then i can give the fkn EB falcon station wagon that i borrowed from my mate back (i rly hope i dont show up in the spotted thread in that car )

yep i totally agree. On the most part, the attitude that you get from the police, is a reflection of your own. that being said, police are people too so it is safe to assume that there are a few ass hats amongst them that will cain u just cos they need a power trip.

after the last cruise i went on (organised by sly-dn) i got followed for about 10 min too... the police were driving in an erratic manner, dropping back then accellerating hard to get right up behind me, then would pull up next to me aggressively, then fall back again. (they even pulled into a slip lane at a major intersection to turn right, but then pulled back in behind me) it occured to me that they were trying to make me panic and do something stupid (which you would assume that someone who stole a car would do). So i drove in the most leagally abiding way that my coilies allow and nothing became of it. Personally I applaud sapols efforts. There are strong demands on their attention in many areas. and its a good thing IMO that they are focusing on stolen imports (even though it brings a bit of unwanted attention ) anyway.. thats my 2c

mate, sorry to hear about ur car.. i will definitely keep my eye out for it. WHEN u get ur car back, PM me, i know a guy that can do a paging alarm with 3 way immobilizer, microwave sensors, make ur mirrors fold, and windows up for about 1/2 what you would expect to pay at a retail outlet. got my alarm from him and cant recommend him enuff

i see a few skylines around where i work.. just wondering if it is anyone here?? there is a black 32 gtr that i see around the sth terrace / morphet street area, and also a gunmetal grey 34 in the same area (which looks like it is fresh outta regency got the dune buggy suspension

i fuxd the slave cyl for my clutch, and then on closer inspection found out the fork had come off the input shaft, looks like the pivot ball has come off too... (cross ur fingers for my clutch hoping bits floating around in the gearbox did not give it a beating)

spotted my car on the back of a tow truck going to the mechanic this morning FYI take ur front bar off when u have to put ur car on the back of a tow truck...... lucky mine is plastic and not glass is all i can say, im gonna replace all the screws etc with cable ties so i can just pop that sucker off for next time (hope there is not a next time )

i gotta pull out... wont have time to fix my car
