hahah i thought this was going to be another IBTL thread.. i have had 99% good experiences with the 5-0. and the only times i have been hassled is when i have deserved it. <insert comment from scandy>. had an adventure in the rolla today had another crack at fixing the fuel tank... seems to hold up, so i took her out for a cruise. could still smell petrol, so was gonna pull off brighton road n suss it out, then the old girl stalled. we pushed her into a carpark and had a look......... the carby was leaking fuel from this shoddy rubber seal that was in the re-build kit straight onto the turbos exhaust housing :S so glad it stalled or me and my mate would have had a ride in a fireball. upgrade time!!! gonna get a webber in there, or maybe a carby from a camira got it towed to my mums place, and i saw thomasino drive past in his 180, i waved but got a blank stare lol

couple rolla updates getting a "new" diff for the rolla on saturday $30 i must say the petrol tank leak is proving to be moar of a $#@% of a job than i imagined lol.... gonna give it one moar try b4 i just get a new tank for the old girl. might head to "u-pinch-it" had an offer from a mate of mine to re-spray it too. he said if i supply paint n beer, and lend a hand he will do it. will do this after i grab a straight passenger side front quater panel. oh.. and did u find those meshies scandy ??

have been tinkering with the rolla today. i rebuilt the carby earlier (thankfully did not have any parts left over ). went to drain the fuel tank so i can have a good crack at fixing the leak in it...... did not know that my mate had put a full tank in it while i was at work yesterday /petrol bath for me lol i have filled up a couple of small jerry cans and numerous empty glass jars with petrol and there is still so much in there. i took the coil lead out of it so my mate does not go and fill it up again hahahahaha surprises me that he even drove it with fuel steadily dripping out of the tank
