Dont get an epidural all my girlfriends did and they all ripped or had to be cut and the labour was twice as long also one of my friends is a bigger girl size 18 and she has back pain quite often now I didnt have any drugs, trust me you will be fine without it hun When it was all over i got out of bed had a shower while they cleaned the room, changed the sheets I didnt rip or need cutting because i could feel everything that was going on, so when the midwife said do little pushes or hold it, i was able to cause i could feel unlike with epidural your numb from the waist down so you cant feel the pushes and your body does it to fast.
