    Just get the die grinder in there and make the bolt holes bigger stick a new gasket in there and if you are fussy stick some loctite no2 or 4 its the brown sticky shit it doesnt go hard and makes a nice seal with the gasket

    That gearbox noise is standard mate all it is is the gearbox is turning and when you put your foot on the clutch it stops
