Hey Jet I had to remove some of the stickers of my car and this is what I did. Used a hair dryer to make the peeling a bit easier. With the left over glue I used a Grease/Wax remover spray and let it soak for a while than just wipe it off. Some time it takes a few spray to get everything off. Than clean the car, wax and polish. The paint was alright afterward and no damage done.

I think half of us are new and this will be the first cruise for some of us. It is my first cruise. I'm just scared of getting left behind haha.

I am not sure about Ethanol. Some say that it is actually good for the car (small amounts) and some say that you don't need it and can be harmful to engine. Does BP have ethanol in their petrol? I know Shell advertise that it doesn't contain any ethanol.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think i will make a switch to BP Ultimate. But doesn't all BP as Ultimate now instead of Premium Unleaded?? I'm only guessing because the Ultimate would replace the P.Unleaded, like Optimax replaced their P.Unleaded. Cheers

I remember Dr Drift saying something that this is one of the limitation of the e-Management with Skyline. That's it doesn't work with the ignition harness or something. Would be intresting to find out, cause I was thinking of installing the e-Management as well with my auto. No chance with the Power FC and the HKS F-cons with auto. Motec might be too expensive, my mechanics also mention Links Computers but don't know how good they are. Also Unichip but don't know if they will work with auto either. Damn auto!! hehe

Hi guys Not sure if this trend have been posted before and probaly a stupid questions. But I just want to know what fuel you guys usually use with the Skyline and have you notice any differences in milage, power, idle etc.??? I have always pumped Shell Optimax as I though they have the highest octane and some cleaning agents in it. But I just found out in some other treds that some people also use BP Ultimate and Mobile fuel. If it is the case I'm more happy to change to BP as it is right next to my place and is cheaper than Optimax. Cheers

Man all I been pumping is Optimax!!! Didn't know BP Ultimate is better!! There is a f$%king BP right next to my house, and I travel around the place just to get SHELL!! I might have some friends that might want to join and they drive Skylines too. Already told them about the forum don't know if they joined yet.

haha true Does BP Ultimate have a higher octane level than Shell's Optimax?? I though the Optimax have the highest?!?!

Probably one and a half tank for me because of the auto. My estimation is that my full tank only last about 350 ks to 400 ks Cool funky we can be the tail-enders haha That way we can make a detour if guys start getting pulled over at the front hehe

Fish and Chips sounds good!! I'm all for FISH AND CHIPS. So when will the detail be finalised?? I have to get the 10th off work to make it. Should be ok, can't wait. . . Hey Guys I just came back from a drive up to Marysville. It was a great drive with not much traffic. Just some slow cars at the start, but other than that it was great. Anyway, it looks like it will be the first cruise for alot of us haha. Maybe we should call it the NEWBIE CRUISE hehe Cheers Aaron

Let's make it the 9th. Would be good to relax for a day after the cruise before going back to work. Give time to wash car haha. But than again maybe some people will still have some alcohol left in their body from Friday night. . hehe. Yeah let's do it. Still have like 3 weeks to plan for it and let everyone know about it. But is there a BBQ area in Apollo Bay?? I can't remember last time I went down that way. But I guess there is aways some sort of BBQ somewhere there. Just make a late DETOUR!!
