Thanks, overly long projects become almost a "re-engagement" with the idea, as I've aged and even totally forgotten what drove me to start it. In my life, the car well predates my youngest daughter, my career and address etc. have changed. On a basic level just "copping it" ( a slagging) over this car from wife and family has been tough, and wouldn't have happened if this was a more classic project, say HK Monaro, SS Hatch. A positive is that technology for imports has improved, and the build will be progressed differently because of that and with the passage of time/priorities in my life. I hope the bare metal r32 shell will be a solid foundation for the rest of its contents. If it continues this slowly it will be eligible for "historic registration".
