I had a go in the skid pan last night was in a 34 4 door man i did shit. power steering kept locking up (have no idea why) and was losing the front. But it was fun anyway.

I went for a test drive in a r34 today and the diff was jumping at low speeds, the dealer said he can take it to a diff shop and get it loosened so it won't do it anymore, i'll go back there during the week and find out if its true. Does the diff jumping at low speeds wreck it at all or stress out any other parts?

have had it happen to me once or twice just driving along and noticed that it won't change to 4th even if you put it in tiptronic so i just pulled over turned the car off and on again and it was fine a/t light went away and changed gears fine. So i thought the computer just had a hiccup. i thought that was a gearbox warning light. it has the same letter on the traction control button says A/T snow on mine might have something to do with that?

Yep i'll vouch for that was riding on a dead straight road only myself and 1 car coming the other way, wasn't doing anything stupid and she turned straight into me, had no time to do a thing. Went flying 20metres was very lucky i wasn't badly injured or killed. Been sitting on my ass for the last 2 weeks going to the doctors everyday to get my leg redressed, i think i'm gonna give the bike away for a while to many moron's on the roads, not that i have a choice bike's a ride off.

looks pretty darn good if u want to spend that much on a 12 year old car, if u were thinking about modding yours to that level i would just by that looks pretty smick, but i'm not a huge fan of 33's (don't flame)

Hi i have a rb30 sitting in my garage for sale i paid $300 a year ago from the wreckers i don't really know what they r worth now so just make an offer. The reason i bought it was for a replacement for my r31 skyline but end up selling the whole car and buying an r34. I saw the oringal car it came out of and it was pertty damn good thats why i got the engine out of it. The car it came out of had a broken gear box. Engine is in very good condition the odometer in the car it came out of said 150 000 kms which did suit the condition of the car. Very Clean engine All air inlets were sealed up when i got the engine home and oil changed and engine turned over. has wiring harness, manifolds, air con pump, altenator and i think i have the distributor around somewhere no crank angle sensor Engine is in my old mans garage anyone welcome to come have a look. Will probly get pics by monday.

i paid 14500 for mine about a year ago. stock non turbo automatic, nothing major wrong with it, centre console paint is starting to fall apart thats about it. I've heard this happens a bit does anyone else know anything about it or fixes? They are great for a daily driver auto is good in traffic. Negatives - people trying to race u just cause u have a skyline, getting shit for owning an n/a skyline (lucky mrs drives ours) I wish i had held out a little longer and got a GTT manual, i would go for a drive in both first because it won't be long till you crave more power, i'm probly gonna drop a half cut in mine, if u get the an n/a for the right price at least you could do that in the future when your off your P's

They are decent for a six cylinder with mine getting about 10liters per 100kms on average, thats better than my 2006 hilux ute which is a 4cylinder. I wouldn't waste your time getting an na (thats wat i have) nice car and all drives great, but is pretty slow and also don't get an auto (extra slow). A manual might be alright, but power wise i raced my old r31 manual with just extractors and exaust against my stock auto 34 and there was nothing between them, over 120km the 34 would flog it. You would probly get a bit better fuel economy out of the manual version as well.

yeah some people definitely should not have a license though like my younger sister is on her L's doesn't want a license but is being pressured by my parents. She has no confidence on the road and if something was to happen she would not be able to react. she will most likely get my her license because she can do the fundamentals but i would not trust her, a bit like the 18 year old that T boned me this morning on my motorbike. Said the sun was in her eyes, thanks a lot, i;m on the ground screaming in pain and all she could do was cry.

I got the pioneer 9850 head unit has built in bluetooth works really well, auto connects when i turn the car on, cuts the music out does all the right stuff, and i got one of those little portable speaker type ones in my ute a sudio its called works ok but u find yourself leaning towards it so the person you are talking to can hear u better, i put in on my sun visor and its a pain in the ass cause u have to charge it.

This is wat i did to mine bent some stainless up to stop the hot air reaching the air box, works well, just got a put a wire cage sorta thing with some pre filter foam around the inlet, does the job only cost me 10$ , n gets that induction noise

Yeah i doubt you'll notice the power but if you want the noise just take off the stock piping that runs from the air filter box to the front of the engine. No pod needed sounds pretty cool when u plant it except its sucking in hot air, the radiator fan blows the hot air straight where the hole for the air box is, will have it sorted in a few days gona block if off with some aluminium and put some pre filter foam over the inlet of the air box, will post pics.
