  1. It doesn't weaken it as there is a full metal backing on the actual pedal, the plastic cover is quite strong. All you have to do is cut enough of it away so that the cover sits around the actual pedal. Here's the pedal and the plate you have to clear; Here is the back of mine, not pretty but you can't see it from the front. Here it is installed The pedal is still strong, it doesn't move or slip at all and has made all the difference for me anyway. Just have a stab at it, the worst that can happen is you put the old one back on.
  2. The problem with the UAS one is all the cross hatching from the moulding on the back side gets in the way because the r33 gts-t pedal has a plate welded over the top. Just get a sharp chisel and gently cut the cross hatch away. Once you fit it yes you can take it off again just prise the safety clip open then pull off. If I can be bothered I'll pull mine off and put some photos up but I warn you, I'm pretty slack.
  3. I threw in a "GTR ACCELERATOR PEDAL FOR SKYLINE R33 GTS-T" from unique auto sports onto mine about 3 months ago and haven't looked back. I'm too lazy to get my heel across for a true 'heal toe' and have found this little puppy to be a gem. Did require some gentle persuasion to fit it properly though.
  4. You're after Swaybars, check out the group buy section under 'R** Whiteline & Bilstein'
  5. Hello all, I've been trying for a while to track down a space saver spare for a R33 gts-t, they are a T125 90D 16. I've got a rim but the rubber on mine is absolutely cactus so if anyone even has just the rubber please let me know. These little cheese cutters are damn expensive to buy new. Please PM me if you can help out, Cheers, RobMz
  6. Well as per usual everything I do is rubbish. The spare size is actually written on the tyre placard. If you can't make out the photo a R33 GTS runs a TP125/90 D 16 on a 4.0T x 16 rim as a suicide/cheese cutter spare.
  7. Greetings all, I know it sounds a little odd but I'm trying to figure out what size spare tyre was used in the S1 R33 GTS-t. The space saver that I'm currently running is perished beyond repair and I don't like running without one however the size seems odd. It's a T125/90D16. Can anyone confirm if they run a factory spare what their size is? It doesn't need to clear any aftermarket break rotors I'm just chasing the OEM size.
  8. Mag arrived. Thanks very much.
  9. I know it sounds like a random thing to be tracking down but I'm chasing High Performance Imports issue no.32 Unfortunately HPI's back issue department doesn't go back that far.
