  1. Looks good.
  2. Cool. 2 weeks is good since I'll be flying back on the 13th for the weekend. PM if you need a hand with organizing inpection too. Dan from ERD (SAU Qld Sponsor too) can do it for you. He just checked a NUR for 1 of my mate and found oil issue. Lucky he noticed the pressure when checking because my friend told me the car ran well. But when Dan checked, the oil had high content of sulphur and copper.
  3. The main difference (visually) is the projectors which is worth a fair bit. I believe the series 3 got better synchro and maybe some other upgrades too comparing to the earlier series. Cool man. Let me know if you're coming. I might come along if I'm on my RDO from the mines. Brent's a nice guy.
  4. I was doing laps to the city today man. Made like 4 trips...
  5. Havent seen the one from Motorman but I would take the 1 from Imperial due to it being a series 3. The good thing about the one from Motorman is the Ohlins... but I dont like the gear trim...
  6. I dont even remember wheres that weight. Probably somewhere behind the bush of Joe's house... hahaha!
  7. Already did with another friend of mine. Looks good with just normal wearing on wheel and the lights a bit yellowish (pretty normal and I think theres a fix to this on the forum). I'm pretty sure you can get it down to 25 or 26k easily if you wanna fly over and truck it back if you cant find anything in WA. Good weekend break too. I'm sure you'll end up with 1 or the other unless you want something with more work done.
  8. There are 2 dealers here Brisbane thats got them in midnight purple. Imperial Auto (where I get mine from) http://imperialauto.com.au/ http://imperialauto.com.au/modules/content...id=90&type= **with defi(s) and its a series 3!! Motorman (very well recommended by a lot of people) http://www.motorman.com.au/search.php http://ucn.dealernet.com.au/detail.php?ses...p;ucnid=3904795 **with Ohlins... pretty tasty piece of coilovers.
  9. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_remov..._nissan_skyline f**king piece of shit that is... Fixed today with the help of John aka yaface and Joe aka Two_Cents!! Thanks!
  10. Thats very low... even though temperature is high. That make a lot more sense now. I dont really think these kinda information consider derailing? Merely providing the future owner of a 33/34 gtr owner whats sort of figures he can expect with the type of mods he's putting on. Anyway regardless of which gtr you end up getting, tune it to 0.9 would be safe and good enough for daily driving. That extra power is f**k all when you've got a really good tune imo.
  11. 280awkw? Thats very good. I would like to see how the car drives. Most 33gtrs I know are around the 250awkw mark give or take with 0.9bar-1.1bar boost.
  12. I'll be having dinner with John and drinks after that at Market Square tonight if anyone's keen.
  13. Yes. Projector would be the correct term but a lot of people here just refer them as xenon (34gtr's got xenon got hasnt got projectors). I dont know if they're direct fit or were they factory option etc. They have them when I bought the car from the importer.
  14. You're alright mate. We're all just trying to help. The price you pay also depends on whats on the market and how desperately you wanted the car. If you're willing to wait, something good will come along. But if you want something now, just gotta pick something out there and work on your budget. Its a bit like buying a quick pick ticket as oppose to those system ones if you know what I mean... Hahaha. Try to get one thats got turbo done (not ceramic ones) if possible unless you want a dead stock car. This is the advise I gave to everyone thats looking for a GTR. I'm glad I got the N1 because that process is pretty costly (I only learn more about the car after owning one).
  15. Really, if you're having a budget of 40k, 33gtr would be the perfect model for you as you'll have heaps left and getting 1 of the best example with your budget. I think series 3 are nice to have but really, most people like them because of the xenons. If you can find a series 1 or 2 in mint condition, by all means get them. Mine's a series 1 with xenon.
  16. If the car isnt lowered, there shouldnt be any problem I think. I of my friend is running the same wheel with 265 all round (just a lil stretched if you can even notice it) on his 32gtr. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Wh...tr-t269174.html http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Su...de-t282583.html Personally I'm running 285/35/18 all round on 18x9.5 +12 but not lowered.
  17. Cool. One of those nice to have items. I would love to know whats my 0-100 timing too...
  18. I noticed the number of bolts on the gears are different from those shown on nengun and justjap (3bolts). Are these just the previous model?
  19. Nice picture. How did you recorded that? With PFC???
  20. Would love to come along too! But 1, I dont own a stag, 2, I'm on not on my roster day off!
  21. Welcome to the forum!
  22. M-spec = Softer suspension and heated/leather seats (main difference comparing to vspec2) but if you add a NUR at the end, M-spec NUR = everything of M-spec + N1 engine, N1 turbo etc, basically N1 spec less oil cooler and more luxuries. Oh yea, theres only 250built too And this would set you back easily 75k.
