  1. John: That Hamish guy just posted on his for sale thread. Did he reply you? Also, I thought Michael's gonna sell his 32gtr? Thats gunmetal too.
  2. Hahaha... good thing I dont watch TV at all. And even if I do, it'll be NGC, discovery or animal planet.
  3. Hmm... I'll look into it when the time comes (greddy edfc). Whats this sydneykid's suspension? Blistein with whiteline? I would love the olins but too exp for what I'm using it for. I do agree with you even though I'm thinking of getting tein ss but unless I've got the edfc, I doubt I'll ever be f**k changing the setting manually using the adjuster (which I think 99% of the people does too). But with the edfc, it makes it a whole lot easier and I will actually research on suspension to adjust them myself. The other reason for getting them is resale. I find them easier to sell than mix and match setups, should I ever want to sell them.
  4. Nah, probably just the super street with edfc if budget allows.
  5. Hahaha. I'll have to stick with it until sometime next year (unless I got a fat bonus)! Plan for this year is major service and coilovers!
  6. Hahaha. You're just jealous Andy! I wouldnt be saying that if I'm stuck in a traffic jam (e.g. coro drive). I love my clutch and she loves me too. I like it gentle.
  7. http://www.nengun.com/nismo/super-coppermi...in-plate-clutch 600ps... which i think its close to 600hp too. But my justification for that is comfortability. Everytime I read about someone's review on them, they're bound to mention how comfortable it feels comparing to other twins. Although NPC seems to be better value for money, but if I dont ever need that kinda rating, I'll go with whichever that feels more comfortable.
  8. *nods* Those good for 300kw would be sufficient for normal driving but probably not limit launches. I'll get a comfortable twin if I'm ever changing the clutch for sure (either Nismo or that NPC if its really gentle on my foot).
  9. NPC twin for 2k+? Thats in the range of the Nismo twin coppermix (unless you got hit for tax when you import it or get it locally, which is around 3.5k). But if Mark uses that on his 7sec car, it cant be bad at all. DO IT!
  10. Surprisingly no shitting from this food poisoning... Pure puking and like 7 or 8 times (lost count) and no food for 2days. Maybe everyone else got heavier bones?
  11. Hyundai Excel! You'll have spare for insurance etc if you get that. Cheap to run and quite reliable too. I've got 3 uni friends that got them and not much problem selling too (they probably made a loss of 100-300 after using it for 2yrs).
  12. Get yourself food poisoned. I shed a couple of kilos for that 2days and now I'm 59kg.
  13. Will do. Maybe do dinner at market sq and head there after? I'll let you drive my car to see how it feels like since you said the one you test driven feels funny.
  14. Yea. Thats a good enough reason I suppose. If you can justify it and dont mind the look + its legal, I dont see why you shouldnt do it. I thought you knew? They came with the rims I bought which was a bargain imo.
  15. Theres a new whoretown now!
  16. What time you meeting up with him? Carindale's not that far and I'll need to drive a bit. Only clocked 50km for the past week and probably even lesser in the next couple of months!
  17. Since its been on sale for so long. I'm sure you'll be able to get him to provide rego or rwc too. Dropped the price by a fair bit there. If he's imported that himself, get him to provide auction sheets (not that it means anything but at least you know what sort of auction grade that is) etc. I'm sure he would have a copy of the import approval papers from compliance workshop too. I got mine from imperial auto when I bought the car too.
  18. Looked alright but have you seen it? Do you need a mod plate even though thats a 34's rb26? Let me know when you wanna go check it out? I might tag along too. I was gonna buy my a/c bits from this guy when I bought the car but he's missing some bits which I needed.
  19. Josh: Anyway, my colleague just told me today he's got cheaper tyres from stylish wheels at moss st than option1, KU36 275/35/18 for less than 250ea !! Maybe you can sus it out.
  20. I dont know if the gearbox is the only thing he's got on the list to do, its just worst scenario. And he's got a tune lined up too. From memory, EFI is only open on alt Sat. Oh yea. Just got notice today to get my site clothings! Looks like I'll really be heading up north in a fortnight's time. Woohoo!
  21. Good Morning Peeps John: I think 6th is when the gearbox arrives and I doubt he'll have the car by the end of the week... Hahaha!
  22. There will be a bit of stretch for that size for sure but I suppose joey's argument for running 235 is to be more practical/cost saving as its down to the dollars from what he's suggesting. Personally I'm not a big fan of stretched tyres but I know of people who loves the look of them (particularly people who loves dishes).
  23. Welcome! Impact Blue or Anna has the same Hello Kitty plates too. Should make yourself available for the Brissy events if you're interested.
