  1. Sounds alright. Typical GTR offsets are from +12 to +22
  2. HAHAHAHA! Told you man. Welcome to my world, DO IT!
  3. Never seen 235s on 9s but the 285s I have on my 9.5s fits perfectly with no stretching at all. However, I have another friend with 265s on 10s and they look a bit stretched. I was told 265s would be the perfect size for 9s though.
  4. +1. Well worth the money in 3D. 13bucks for a 3hrs movie. Hahaha
  5. That shop next next to Tea Etc. I'll still go back there and eat though. They have the best fried chicken fillet in Brisbane and the more than likely the reason for food poisoning is the chilli.
  6. This is a skyline forum! I'm sure 99.999999999999999999999999999% will vote GTR. And to make things easier, its 34GTR we're talking about now.
  7. My bad. When the word typhoon comes up, the price tag of 45k just appear. Anyway, if you like space and the pull of the v engine, get typhoon if not you'll have more fun with the GTT. But I'd have to agree with FrangaR33 about 33GTR. They dont cost anymore on maintenance comparing to GTTs (not thats significant at all). The only hard bit is sourcing a good one which is hard for all imports anyway. And if you have 35k to play with, I'm sure you'll be able to strike a decent GTR for that kinda money, Series 3 or one thats rebuilt with forged internals.
  8. Shouldnt the topic read Typhoon vs 34GTR?
  9. Bad luck mate. Its been shit for the past week as well. We were gonna have a Gold Coast Trip 2 days ago until I got food poisoning...
  10. Talk to Dan from Elite Racing Development (ERD). He'll be able to hook you up with some and probably do the service for you at a good price too. Very well recommended by SAU QLD. www.erd.com.au ps: Isnt this in the wrong section? I see Victoria.
  11. Oh yea! I just realise I forgot to ask, what does the LM come with which stock GTRs doesnt have?
  12. Probably some other weekends... my stomach still feels like shit now.
  13. If this is what I think it is, that guy f**ked up and bought the wrong faced GT-C. That model cannot clear your brembos man. If not, GOOD BUY! Back on the Rotas, get the fattest's please for that kinda price. No 9.5 unless thats the only width they've got.
  14. Yea. Option 1's got the cheapest tyres you can ever get in Brisbane. Just make your mind up whether you want Feds or KU (either way they're still the cheapest in Brisbane). Tris: thats my recommendation for your 180 ages ago. If I've got a drift spec car, the 57d in fluoro orange or yellow would be my pick. Hahaha. Full on attention seeker. And considering they're less than 2000 delivered from streeter, definitely 1 of the cheapest Rays around.
  15. Rota GTR then if you really want them so badly. I'm sure the whole point of us not likely rota is simply because they're replica, meaning imitations. I'd much rather get second hand ones than get replica myself but that's just me (which is why I got mine second hand). But hey, with the argument of being stronger because its forged, it doesnt bother me because I doubt I'll ever drive in a way or make that much power to destroy the rims. Just for your info, those CR Kai I had before were sold to my friend for 1.5k, so these rims really only cost me 1.7k. Anyway, I thought you like your rims? Why spend 3k+ on new ones when you dont have any issue with the current ones? I'm sure theres better places to spend that money on.
  16. I know this is not the same but maybe worth looking at. He got the 33GTR at the end of the day. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...tt-t297580.html Weigh your options and objection for the selection. Most people that have age as a concern will more than likely to get the 33 instead of 32. But having said that, when a good 32 comes up, dont let it go because of that. I would have gotten a series 3 GTR for the money I've got but saw this 1995 N1 which was too hard to refuse. If you have huge plans and dont mind picking up other's mod, 32 does seem to be a good buy nowadays. With forged internals, mod transmission etc, they'll be more reliable than your stock 33s. But then again, the downside is still the interior (because you've mention it which means you mind).
  17. Dont worry. We wouldnt. Actually we will only say something if you did put the stickers on. http://www.rayswheels.co.jp/cgi-bin/cgi2/e...p;model=040_57D Cheap Rays. But then again, the thin spokes doesnt really agree to my opinion of rims on 33s. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/18...gr-t300775.html Some euro love?
  18. +1. 33 are FAT. They dont suit multi spokes at all. Unless you really love the rims so much, else I wouldnt recommend them at all.
  19. Still feeling sick from the food poisoning, so I wouldnt be able to make it for this one. Hope everyone else thats going will enjoy themselves. Sorry guys
  20. Yes. Unless its raining... =x Kitty34 (and friends) Me spec-V (and friends) yaface (tentative) Danski (lunch at least)
  21. Sorry bout the confusion. The date is 30th December, this Wednesday.
