If the haltech has built in igniters there will be no extra wiring . And yes they fit . They are all the same rails . I'm using rb25 rails with r32 split fires in an r34 rb26. Lol -
i must not be the only person whos thinks that a " pay for what u use" system would be great..... im sick of paying for other ppls shit... not my problem, never will be.. im currently unemployed / part time and i sure as hell are not going on centrelink... ppl shouldent pay for me, i wouldent pay for them...

Engine/Car: 1989 nissan sivlia , r34 rb26dett Type of failure: broken oil pump, damage unknown atm Factors influencing the failure: bogan local mechanic not tightening harmonic balancer bolt to spec.. i think?... and limiter State of tune of the engine: mircrotech, standard turbos 361rwhp Suspension and tyres: d2 coilovers, federal 595 Oil used and service interval: castrol edge 10-60 every 5000km General comments: driving home, hit 3rd gear limiter... started smelling smoke, then started seeing smoke... turned off... quick under bonnet inspection looked ok, started car and the head was noisy, no bottom end rattle yet... after pulling engine found harmonic balancer bolt loose.. EDIT: and since everyone else says there limiter, mine was at 8250 and hit it maybe 20 times a day... no working tacho in silvia and wheel spin = limiter bash lol

wouldn't the over fueling problems with the microtechs be more to do with with tunes and not the ecu? not being a fanboy, all i know is mine runs fine, not overly rich, no cold start issues...... -
up here in qld they dont seem to care very much about cats.. twice i have been fined for being to low, and on the one occasion where i got on my knees to see what he was talking about the cop was poking my decat pipe with his little height wheel thing.. never said a word.. mine is a 3" stainless decat, doesnt even look like a cat haha

by the sound of it OP doesn't care about response, as he seems to be into drags... still everyone gives him shit.. not everyone with a 26 has a heavy gtr and needs every rpm of response to stop it being a slug.....

i used r33 gtr pump... with rb25 pumps i cant remember but i seem to think the belts are different aswell... like a different number on ribs or something? just find r33 or r34 gtr pump. or get the hicas removed off your r32 pump....

are they different simon? my mates old rb25 copped abused for 2 years before he sold it... like a set of tyres a week abuse... never missed a beat...

just thought id post this up because i was warned and its slightly amusing... clipped the limiter driving home tonight and BROKE THE OIL PUMP... haha ... to all the non believers u have been warned lol

i wave or nod... pretty much nobody waves back.... maybe coz its a s13 or coz it has p plates..... they dont seem to see the black front mount or dont understand the plates "DETT" hahaha

both of u calm down lol... ino of the problems with rb's and oil... car is used for drift so obviously sees a fair bit of limiter... just after advice on how to fix this... his old r33 gtst limiter was NOT LIKE THIS... it is not normal... any more advice?

no we havent... running a standard reg atm with i think a wallbro 255.. will have to check that then... fuel pump is probs ok made 320hp with the sr20 in it before.. cheers for the suggestion

wasn't it the mercury Motorsport r34 gtr "nitto" that went something like 1087awhp? thats probs around 1300 at the crank... was built by this "paul" Red R Racing guy...... ppl seem to be quick to flame.. hey everyone, looking for some help for a mate of mine car is a series 2 s14 we have just put an rb25 into..problem is the limiter sounds strange, i mean real strange... almost completely flat like a diesel limiter and when held on limiter the car bogs down rly hard and starts to drops rpm....kk dont give me advice on how its a normal limiter and im retarded coz its not!...lol things that have been to try and solve problem : ECU changed, sparks plugs changed, ign timing checked with light... engine has had timing belt changed before he bought it, does this sound as though its a tooth out? even though car runs fine and pulls hard for standard turbo.... it is pretty standard with just a turbo back exhaust and front mount and boost t....and splitfires any help is appreciated.

i to am confused over these turbos, everyone one here says gtss's for standard engine.. but from memory they are not much good over 300kw... that seems abit crap considering my standard r34's are makin 270 also lag, might be a problem of the lights in a car with grip, but my silvia is useless in 1st and 2nd andyways, so i could not see it being that bad.. unless anyone has experience with -5's off and on throttle/ would be a problem for drift.... i just think is pretty damn dear to pay 3+k for turbos that are only goin to make and extra 30kw? not much headroom for when u get bored and want more power.... sorry for thread hijack...

my rb26 takes 5l to fill.... i have it rwd and front diff cut off so maybe this makes more space for oil in the sump.. and i use castrol edge 10w - 60w -

my ltx12s is great,, for what i need it to do anyways?... and ppl make claims of bad cold starts, but mine starts up and idles fine when cold..
