  1. As i own a Beamer, I have to say, for luxury, price, style, performance, comfort; everything in the one package, you can't beat an E46 Coupe. In WA you can pick up a ~2002 E46 325Ci with the sat-nav options, sunroof, leather, under 120,000kms for around the $22-$24K mark. Of course in the Eastern States they will be a fair bit cheaper. I suggest you go look/test drive a few. They are a great cruiser, and have a really good compromise on fuel economy and power. (Top speed of my Beamer is 240km/h no bullshit ) As a reference, my year 2000 323Ci is for sale for $19,500 atm (http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/private/details.aspx?Cr=0&R=10273093&keywords=&trecs=4&__sid=1190B3595876&__Ns=pCar_RankSort_Int32|1||pCar_PriceSort_Decimal|1||pCar_Make_String|0||pCar_Model_String|0&__Qpb=true&tsrc=allcarhome&__Nne=15&seot=1&__N=1216%201246%201247%201252%201282%204294967079%204294729572%204294967053%20904&silo=1011). The KMs might seem high at 160,000, but I have never had a single problem with it and love it to bits! Sad I have to sell it
  2. I've been playing it on my pc for a few days now. Great game, extremely difficult on the hardest difficulty. Have to really use stealth and play carefully or you die with 1-2 bullets. All in all, great game, really enjoying it.
  3. I had the sudden urge to do it, so i thought f*k it! Ok, on a serious note, it is possible to covert a turbo Skyline to a non-turbo but it is a pointless exercise. You are better off buying a non-turbo Skyline from factory or just waiting till you are off your P-plates and then buying a turbo Skyline.
  4. You've just been TROLLLOLLLED
  5. Hi, yes it is possible to take a a turbo off an R33 and it will still run right. It is a very simple process. You simply unbolt and remove the turbo, connect an exhaust system to the exhaust manifold, remove all intercooler piping, and put your air filter just infront of the throttle body. Start the car and you can drive it straight away. Simple and easy process, will still have great power and fuel economy increases by 200%. PM me for a more detailed description on how to do it
  6. Eps you are so fking random.
  7. Yes i do work for the dept of transport but its the same with us. due to privacy regulations i cant give out that info, but maybe the deal can be sweetened? haha just joking I have access to it, but if i get caught giving out that info, it's an instant dismissal. Rowan - you won't cut your hands off brah. On the other hand, oh shiiii
  8. Hi could someone check the below VIN # for me please! 6U9000BNR32306428 As far as I know, it's a 1994 R32 GTR (non V-Spec), it's either Wine Red (AN0) or Red Pearl Metallic (AH3), not sure how to tell the difference. Thank you
  9. i got one of them jumpers
  10. James, here is a screenshot of the plate affixed to the firewall of this MNP R33 in Perth. It has LP2 stamped on it along with the VIN number etc etc.
  11. Rowan, i love you.
  12. LOL does the oconnor pits accept skylines! hahaha ok seriously, first inspection fee is $87.40, reinspection fee is $61.00, just go there and you will see which line you have to go to. If you are going for an inspection prior to 830am please make sure you pre-pay your inspection (go to a licensing centre or call 13 11 56 to pre-pay).
  13. James, this is the MNP R33 GTR for sale in perth in Hocking. The one i posted in the thread "R33 GTR". On his carsales ad he has taken a photo of the compliance plate with the original vin # stamped in it.....
  14. The R35's used in the Super GT are V8 and rear wheel drive. Do you research. Same as the R35's used in the GT3 championship. Rear wheel drive and V8.
  15. Would it be worth buying say a 60gb Solid State Hard Drive just to install Windows 7 on? And then run my games etc off another 7200rpm hard drive? By doing this, will it effect games performance in a positive manner?
  16. i stand corrected! hell naw i dont want my money back
  17. holy shit that is so cheap. I'm going to send him $9K via paypal and expect the car to never arrive at my address
  18. Thanks mate. Under colour, it says QM1. What colour is that, coz this GTR i'm looking at is midnight purple....
  19. Honestly, I'm looking for something around the $20-$22K mark. I would prefer one with just an exhaust and intake - no major mods (even the standard wheels and suspension). But I'm really after one with a flawless body and this MNP one in Perth has that. Will keep searching around, I have plenty of time
  20. Ok no worries. Will look into it. My mechanic won't charge me though lol
  21. When i checked it out last year it had the Nismo dash then. Maybe he is advertising it as just the kms on the Nismo dash? Mmmm will PM Gersfan. Cheers James
  22. How do you know?
  23. Could someone please check the following for me - BCNR33-024253 Thanks in advance!
  24. Yes, I understand being a v-spec and midnight purple does attract a slight premium. I am aware it has an aftermarket Nismo dash, however the condition of the car does suit the KM. I mean, the car is in excellent condition and the owner seems as though he really takes good care of it. The Perth gtr has been in WA for almost 4 years (i found out through my work ). I will get the VIN number of the perth gtr (shown in carsales pics) and ask in the VINS-Fasted thread. When i went over the car ~12months ago, I could not find any evidence what so ever of an accident. I have a mechanic who would be more than happy to spend an hour or two going over the car with a fine tooth comb. Roughly how much does a compression test cost? If I buy the GTR in Perth, I won't be modifying it at all (other than what is already done), and it will only be a weekend car with the occasional drive to work. Thanks for your advice, much appreciated!
