  1. Hello I'm selling my Skyline, 95 R33 GTS-t Mspec, White. It's in good condition and has 116K on the clock. I have owned the car since 2007 and it has been and still is ultra reliable, the only reson I am selling is to make way for a more family friendly car. The car has some extras on it, I replaced the flywheel and clutch and ignition system and the factory boost solenoid started to act up so I fitted a Blitz dual solenoid boost controller to it but the car has only ever been driven with 7psi of boost. The car is in excellent conditon mechanically but has some minor cosmetic blemishes as you would expect from any 15 year old car that gets driven on a regular basis. The car has; 19'' Quake wheels Cusco coil overs (still have stock suspension in a box) Split fire ignition Exedy cushion button ceramic clutch Exedy chrome molly fly wheel Blitz dual solenoid electronic boost controller Tinted windows Alarm with immobiliser $11000 If your interested call Tim 0400198463 or pm me I'll put some pic up later today
  2. Hey mate, I'm keen on the stock side mount, if the pipework is also stock?
  3. Hey mate, I saw a pic with stock pipe work for a side mount, if you still got it, I am keen, how much??
  4. so where did you download the full manual from? i have been looking for it for ages! i keep coming up twith the engine manual, not the manual for the rest of the car.......
  5. my soleniod has rubber mounts, the stock solenoid doesnt make any noise, when the blitz control unit is turned off, it runs 7 psi, for the turbo to run at 7 psi the blitz solenoid still has to control the waste gate, but it makes no noise..... which is why i thougth i was the waste gate, but if it was the waste gate it would do it on stock too.... so it looks like i spent $500 to add a noise that gives me the sh!ts.. awesome!
  6. i dont think the tick is coming from the solenoid, but it has only started to do it since it has been installed, the tick starts when the engine is under load and the boost gets to about 5 psi, if i had to describe it i'd say it sounds like a sprinkler ticking off in the distance, i was thinking it could be the waste gate? but if it was the wastegate it'd do it on stock boost too, right? the noise gets faster as rpm increases...
  7. are you after pictures of the tubes for the stock setup or for the blitz dual sbc? if you want a picture of the blitz i can post what i have, but i do have the tick problem still.... but only when running over 7 psi and it will be a week or so before i can take a photo
  8. yeah the solenoid comes with rubber mounts already attached to it, but it would make sense that it is the solenoid... i thought it would have been silent though? did your tick change with the boost?
  9. Hello I am hoping that someone might be able to shed some light on the shiney new ticking noise coming from my turbo..... i have just installed a new blitz dual sbc type R, at the moment it is in the off mode, which lets the car run at factory specs, 7psi, but when it's turned on and the boost is set at 12 psi thats where I am having issues, as the boost increases past 5 psi there is a ticking noise... it wasnt there before and it isnt there when the boost controller is off... any ideas at all would be great thanks
  10. Gps tracking system is awesome!

  11. I got one of these the other day, it works really well, i typed the co-ordinates it sent me into google earth and it was spot on very happy!
  12. I was changing the plugs the other day and when i removed the intake pipe from the intercooler to the inlet manifold it had engine oil all around the side like the oil had been atomised and carried through with the compressed air from the turbo... it's a stock as a rock rb25, factory turbo, done about 85000k's and it's hasnt been using oil...? is this normal or is my turbo about to let go? i figure the bush's are gonna have a bit of wear in them by now which would allow a bit of oil past, right?
  13. my R33 GTST type M has awesome brakes most of the time no mushyness at all, until about a month ago! i put my foot on the brake pedal and got nothing but floorboards.. that was interesting, i was approching the back of a car parked at a red light rappidly, luckily it pulled up ok... i hadn't been driving it hard at all, there was no reason to assume the fluid had boiled, so i had decided it was the master cylinder, until the problem went away the following day, then reappeared the following week and dissappeared yet again until this morning when i found myself going slower and slower even as i accelerated more and more, the front brake calipers have locked on, i now have bright blue rotors and they have magically released... so i will be rebuilding the master cylinder and calipers and bleeding it would seem... any one else had calipers lock on like that?
  14. I am looking at setting up twin thermo's from an AU in my R33 too, how have they gone in yours so far? have you got any pics of your handy work? was the thermal switch expensive?
