I am fairly new to all of this, but I do have the attached document that seems to show the increments are in 400rpm and the conversion is 1/3% to ms. Using the equation from earlier in the thread for a stock RB20DET ROM I am getting between 1.4 - 2.3 ms of dwell. 090318_1_.pdf
