negative my euro had a flat battery before. I jump started it. It had shit all power, and gave me flashing lights. For examples the hand brake symbol came on, same with air bag and audio wouldnt run properly. Didnt idle correctly and after about 3-4 mins drive the whole car just shut off without any power at all. A new battery fixed all of that.

u can test the battery ur self??? Then if thats not the problem, maybe then think about auto sparky. Wack the battery on a charger if you got one. Or even a multimeter. If not borrow someones battery and see if it makes a difference.

Get a air diversion plate put in... pushes the air up and into the engine bay/pod filter.... that + pod should be more than ok... for street use. if your going to get a cold air induction go CF.. =)

thats exactly it... its not that cold anymore so dont really need the '0' rating. Both are top notch oils, mobil 1 and royal purple... and similar pricing =)

royal purple 10 - 40 A1 performance in myaree. =) made the same swap as u are... i was using mobil 1 0-40 but swapped over for summer 10-40...

lol no offense mate, but if you cant afford to service it properly then you shouldnt have bought a performance car. :S I used mobil 1 0-40 in my skyline for the past couple of years... just recently swapped to royal purple 10-40...

Prob drive something like a mazda 3 or Jazz then buy a motor bike =)

whats the difference between a r33 gts t and a r34 GT brakes? I know the 34 GTT are bigger and better... i thought they were the same...?

true but the last person who put them on may have use a impact gun to do so... or something similar... agreed on that they shouldnt be that tight.. there is no need for it.

jack the car up... not worth the hassle of getting the weight of the nuts imho??? wheel alignment? wut?! its a strut bar... the the bar that goes across the top of the engine... why would you need to do any of those? Use a breaker bar and the right socket... make sure your not using the socket wrench... give it a good tug and she should come right off... if that fails use a leveage bar.. if the nut rounds.. go to repco and buy a socket one size smaller... smash it on and continue to rip it off. hope this helps.... =D

you were on ur drive way? when they pulled you over? i would of told them to get off my property... closed my garage door and that would be the end of that! ive heard this happening a few times before... bunch of d*ckheads... As for waiting out the sticker, i wouldn't... your car may get de rego'd with out you knowing can = bigger trouble later. In the case you get into a accident (Touchwood) insurance would be void... etc etc.

So i just wanted to grab any info from people who have made the trip... The bp98 wasnt the main problem, as im aware that the BP website can plan the trip for u to get B98.. but 4 people in a skyline with most of its modifcations based on its handling (Not for improving comfort either! ) for 9 hrs was the main problem!! And ill be sure to watch out for the aliens mike and direct them to your place for further "studies" of the human race =)

Hey guys, so a few of my friends and i are planning to go down to esperance next week. As much as i would of loved to take the skyline for a blast down there... it wasnt practical enough, so we taking a 2007 honda civic instead... This also means that standard ULP is ok to use... I was just wondering who here has made the trip? Hows the petrol stations on the way down? We will be taking Albany hwy then onto Robinson road then down great southern hwy.. then into esperance... Pondering if we should take 2x 10 litre jerry cans with us just incase?? We will be leaving early morning so im sure petrols stations will defiently be open... just the matter of fact if they exist down those roads!! Any advice would be great guys! Cheers, Brendan

33 GTR for sure. Then just keep it stock while u save for a house =)
