Its MY car not theirs... why the f*ck should they drive it? other then to drive it in the workshop, then to drive out and park it in their parking lot. less then 50 metres. i dont care if they drive it to get some food and never take it over 2500rpm... i will still be pissed at them. Its my car.. my mileage... my fuel. Im not paying them to drive the car... especially when it comes to panel work.

why would they need to test drive for panel work?

its only defamation if its not true. If what occured is indeed true, then no law suit claim can be made. I have no reason to believe sachee would make this up. He even has photographic proof of b4 and after of his odometer.. so i dont see the big deal on publicy listing who it was.

Large shopping centres - Garden city, Caro etc. If i do park there ill hunt around for a good parking spot.. one next to a wall or a curb. I agree with you on the movies... Alot of car break in happens at the cinema. Although if i watch a movie during the day its not so bad. Its the nights, especially Thursday night where all the gangster wannabe trash hang around. Northbridge + Freo... drunk ass's that walk around can do alot of dmg. If i do park there, its usually in the CPP. Im SOR so parking outside houses is still ok here... Ive had a few car break ins (not in my skyline, but my other car) at curtin uni. Thats a shit of a place to park. not only do u get car break in but.... People there dont give a shit how they park, they will park so dam close to you even tho you have parked so close to the curb on the other side.. they seem to not follow the lines but follow the car instead. That really shits me. I usually will give them a piece of my mind if we end up leaving at the same time...

the issue is they took it and drove it then denied it. If they took it to see if its was ok, fair enough, why deny then? besides u dont need to road test for 2.6km for cosmetics... i would of been interested to see what rev range they got to. IMO Sachee you have every right to be pissed at it. I would be too.

id like a pm as well mate. what i usually do if i have to bring my car to the work shop is let the manager or boss know what the current milage is at... have it written down on the quote that they give u. That way if it is out by a few km, he cant say it wasnt driven, cause he knew what the kms were before taking the keys to the car..

what specs are ur wheels?

ive just swapped my rotors and pads yesterday... with RDA slotted rotors and greenstuff pads from the GB. They work really good and have a very good bite. I have notice a very soft squeal from the pads tho when braking at low speeds and it only occurs sometimes... I am running the metal shims in the front and rear calipers. EBC did provide some plastic type shims, but i choose to use the metal ones i already had... Could this be the problem? Or is it common to hear a little bit noise during the bedding in period? Ive done the 8-9 60kms-10kms runs when i first put them in and now i am taking it easy for the next 100ks per instructions.... Any thoughts?

found out what they were 8inch + 32 for the front with 235's 9inch + 37 for the rear with 255's

forgot... ill check tomrorw since im taking off my rims to do my rotors and brake pads... how about advans on a r33? look good dont you think?

is that for the oil filter? Oil temp and pressure gauges... i got one lying around if you want to take it? I picked it up for $50.. but then got lazy to install my gauges. If u want it just take it for half of what i paid, $25. Let me know.

Notice how i said "leaves me in between 1/2 and 3/4 tank." . This means Ive used only 1/4 tank of fuel. Leaving 3/4's of it left in the tank. Half tank on the dot will see me around 245kms. Usually when i pump on tuesday's it will only cost me 25ish dollars to fill to the top. Thanks for your replies guys... ill keep topping it up weekly then =)

Hey guys, Just out of curiosity when do you guys fill your tanks? I know i personally do mine once a week, usually on a Tuesday. This is regardless on how much fuel i have. Whethers its 3/4 tanks left or 1/2 tank etc etc. Recently ive only been doing 150-200 clicks per week in the sky.. which is leaves me inbetween 1/2 and 3/4 tank. This is because of two reasons. The first it is cheaper during the start of the week and the second being its not good for the fuel pump if the fuel is too low. If i keep topping up from that level, would that mean there may be some old old fuel still kicking around in there. Or does it not really matter when the fresh stuff is all mixed in? Type of Fuel i use: BP Ultimate Ron 98. Filled mostly at the same petrol station using the same bowser...

Hey guys, Been calling around for some wheel bearings for a r33 gts t 1995... no one seems to know what model number they are... their book only goes up to 1992 r32 GTR.. Anyone know what the model number is? I dont really fancy going northside nissan to get them as im SOR... and wheel bearings are wheel bearings. (Just dont get made in china ones and you will be fine lol ).
