why is everyone going on about insurance? By the looks of it he wouldnt be even be able to afford the excess that would come with full comp for a turbo import. It would prob be close to 2k. So why bother? Just be wasting 1.8k minus say 500 for third party = 1.3k. Just go third party + fire and theft and leave it @ that. Use the 1.3k on something else. =)

im running it as well... but in a GTS T. Just remember that the turbo changes the sound alot, as it sort of "muffles" the sound. This is why GTS's exhaust tone is always louder... and i dont think you will be able to get the same tone as a GTS T and GTR. Unless of course you put on a turbo!

just had a guy test drive the euro... he took it to about 5k each gear change.... HE then offered me 16k for the car... which is advertised at 19k. sigh.

Thats my take on it. It was advised when we got the 300c srt 8 that it didnt need running it, as it was run in from factory. =)

what tyres are you running if you dont mind me asking?

Ive never done a skid or burn out on the public streets. The only time ive done it is on the track. And thats where it should be kept.

not sure where to get them but i know they are one of the best things invented! my 300c srt 8 got them... Auto tinting of rear view mirror and side mirrors... wish my skyline had them.. so im def. intersted in them as well!

u can buy pre gaped irridums @ 0.8. Which is what you should have done....

i have mine gaped at 0.8. which is the common gaping for mildly modded r33 gts t's.

hahah... i had a commodore driver do that to me just last night on the freeway. As i was approaching the city i dropped down to 80 as the speed changes just before the bridge. He sat behind me right up my ass for about 500 meters. I started dropping my speed from 80 to 70 to 60 and he still continued to tail gate me. Wasn't till i hit 50 he decided, o maybe i should take the right lane and overtake him. You should of seen his face! hahaha. He then raced off only to be stopped at the lights when turning into st george street in which i stopped next to him. He gave me the "death stare" as well. I just smiled at him.

just for u guys info... the insurance company will not cover the car if the keys were left INSIDE the car. For example.. leaving the keys in the ignition when going to pay for the fuel. In other cases, they should pay out.
