Hi guys, My car was all working perfectly, until today, now it only runs at the stock boost of 7.5psi. I've checked the wiring, everything seems okay, so I suspect that the boost controller has stopped working, even though the screen is displaying the correct boost, etc. I'd like to get another profec B spec II so that i can copy the settings from the old one to the new one, and not have to worry about getting another tune. However, i'd like to confirm that it is the unit first. If anybody has a profec b spec II, i'd love to plug in just the unit in my car, and see if i can hit higher boost, i won't change any of your settings or anything Thanks, guys

What brand of injectors are they? -
I'd definitely prefer internal wastegate if possible, so much easier to install and i feel like there is less chance of me getting defected... Obviously I'd check out SAU sponsors, is there anywhere else i should be looking when trying to find prices for HKS and Garrett turbos? You guys have been so helpful, thanks alot! I was expecting a spamming of "do a frikkin search" or the like Isaac

Thanks guys, looking into the 2835 now

Yea, the turbo could easily boost me to 300kw, i am positive of that That was my original plans, z32 AFM, injectors and a retune with current turbo to get 270, gav said that would be easy, and the most power i should run with stock engine Then i realised how laggy it already is, and if i'm spending all this money on a tune and parts, it's already > $2000, so maybe I should get a turbo i actually like? If we are only talking about 500rpm difference, that's definitely not worth it, i was under the impression that it would be alot more responsive than that?

Hi guys, I've currently got a KKR560 turbo on my R33, running at the limit of my stock injectors getting 220rwkw. I'm planning to get Nismo 555 injectors and a Z32 AFM and a full retune of my powerFC, Gavin Woods said he would tune for 270kw as it's stock internals. I'm sick of how laggy the car is, I swear I don't get full boost til 5000rpm, before that it doesn't have much, that's what i get for choosing such a cheap turbo Anyway, I had a good look through the Rb25 dyno results, but found that everybody's setups were so different, that I couldn't really compare, so I thought I'd just ask and get an opinion. My aim is around 275rwkw. What's the most responsive turbo to do this, as that is my goal. Alternatively, if there is a much more responsive option, that will only get me to 250kw, i would love to hear about that, or if there is a equally-laggy 300kw option, that would be good too! Once i've got the suggestions, I can do my usual forum searching and googling and see if it's what i'm after Thanks guys!

Alright, I removed the pedal box as per instructions, probably took about half an hour, was done exactly as described: remove 2 clutch master cylinder bolts, remove the pin from the pedal (connecting it to master cylinder), and one final bolt u can get to with a few socket extensions, right above the clutch pedal springs Anyway, now that it's removed, I can't see any problem with it, can you guys take a look and let me know what you think? Basically, the clutch pedal squeaks (which i guess is tolerable, what lube would u guys recommend), but the main problem was that the "friction point" of the clutch was pretty much at the floor, so i had to put my foot almost through the firewall to change gears, it's totally driveable though, just alot more work than it should be. Heres the pics, I didn't know what angle was best, so thought i'd give you 7 If you want a different angle, just let me know and i'll go take a pic. I'd love to get this sorted, as I can't get too far without a clutch pedal

Thank you so much, everybody! (especially turboedsloth I'll try and do it during the day so i can get some photos and write up an epic tutorial to help all future generations of skyline owners

So which bit needs to be replaced? I'm just trying to work out what needs to be done, i figured that if i worked out how to install a turbo by myself, i should be able to do this, i just don't know where to start Can you link me to a tutorial or information, or point out on those pictures, which part needs to be fixed? Thanks guys!

dspec2, i'd especially love your help on this, can you mark out exactly what you mean? I have a very mechanically minded friend, and we'd love to tackle this together. Alternatively, I'd love anybody to show me the bits that need replacing/welding, whatever, just take my pics and draw all over them if you wish Sorry if they are crap quality, it's 12:30 at night so theres not alot of light around at the moment

I don't know what you are saying, but i'm happy to check it out if you can explain it to me?

Hi, guys My clutch itself is functioning perfectly, but the pedal requires me to push my foot right to the floor before the clutch engages. It's also got a creaky pedal sound, i don't know if that's related. I've been quoted $100 for a replacement pedal box, and 4 hours labor to install it. I'm very poor at the moment, so thought I'd give it a go myself before giving up and sending the car to them. I've done searches but can't find any tutorial or useful information. Can anybody point me in the right direction for replacing the clutch pedal box on a R33 GTS-T?

Would those mirrors first directly onto a R33 GTS-T after a coat of paint, or is there more to it than that? -
I wasn't there, would love a full report, ladies

I installed this along with a new turbo, which was having wastegate problems, so i needed to unblock that piece, but it still didn't work until i got the wastegate fixed
