  2. I buy all my brake pads from Racebrakes, the guy there, i think its Matt, is always super helpful and goes out of his way to help me.
  3. I got mine from here: BrakeWest Pty Ltd 129-131 McIntyre Road Sunshine North Vic 3020 (03) 9313 7555 (03) 9313 7575 email: [email protected] I was dealing with Goran. ADR Approved and posted very promptly, great service.
  4. yes they bolt straight in, i have R33 GTR seats in my GTST.
  5. Do you take the car to the track or is it purely street driven???
  6. Hi mate, i have a R33 with 245rwkw and i do a fair bit of track work on semi slicks as well as street driving on regular tyres. My brakes consist of Slotted front and rear rotors, MOTUL RBF600 brake fluid (think thats what its called), Race brakes RB74 pads front and back, braided brake lines, and a brake master cylinder stopper. These are more than adequate for my track days and the car pulls up extremely well time and time again with close to no brake fade. I am generally quite hard on brakes so they do cop a good beating. Sure the brakes dont look HUGE behind the wheels but they sure do get the job done. Total price for this would be well under 2 grand for everything fully installed. Hope that helps.
  7. thanks for the link mate. Looks like i have some lined up, but if it falls through will let you know ASAP, cheers. Andrew
  8. hats off to Cassbo for taking those pics, some of them are sensational mate, well done. How on earth you took so many, raced all day, and did some flagging is amazing!!!! Cheers mate.

  11. Chubbs, for the very short time i have been a member i have bombarded you with my questions ranging from what brake pads to use, to what beer is on special this week. Thanks for signing me up as a NSW SAU member, so now i have even less drinking money and i figure out ways i can save more money for better semi slicks, and performance mods for my car. Your dedication to the club was second to none mate, and i hope in a few years time i can put my hand up for VP and take a page our of your book and lead the way. Not only were you a good VP you were always having fun doing what you were doing, and thats the most important thing.......
  12. My GCG R33 high flow makes 242rwkw easily, tuner said it would have done 255 but i do a fair few track days so he didnt want to boost it too hard. Treated properly it should last a long time, like any good turbo should.
  13. sorry about the airbag shot mate!
  14. few pics i took that have not been shown yet:
  15. Awesome video compilation mate, love the start music!!! HAHAHAHAh Thanks for posting it up, saw my car a few times in the vid, sweet!!!
  16. Wow, top day fellas. Great to meet lots more people, and all the usual faces. Cheers to all the organisers and to Ando's driver tuition, thanks mate. Hope you made it home without pooing your pants...... Love the Grand Prix circuit, i was shit scared of the turn coming onto the straight, not a huge fan of walls! But i stayed clear of them all day so went home a happy man. REALLY Looking forward to the next one, the Oran Park track is the best, so many changes of direction, great fun unsettling the car like that, groovy. Commiserations to the fellas with engines that let go, hope you can get them sorted soon.
  17. gday Brian. best place to start reading is here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Rb...yno-t55845.html There are HEAPS of pages of reading but its extremely helpful and i read from page 1 to the end before i chose my turbo. You can see LOTS of dyno graphs for response plus other mods people have done to get the results they have posted. Good luck mate, and enjoy.
