  1. That is a really awesome tutorial, the cold air reg looks like a real pain in the ass to get too. The fuse I replaced was the Engine Control fuse, I think it's a 20A, this fuse was causing issues with any aftermarket ecu that I tried to connect up, they simply would not power up but the funny thing is that the standard ecu would still work but was prob operating in limp mode.
  2. Hi there, I have had this issue for years now, I had the injectors cleaned, new temp sensor, cleaned the AAC valve and really didn't see that much of difference. One thing I did change which helped a lot was one of the Fuses that goes to the ECU, this made the most noticeable difference but didn't cure the issue. Does anyone have pics of what the Cold Air Reg looks like on a 33? Just want to have a look because it might be worth a crack.
  3. Sorry, but $1250 for basically a brand new unit that is still under warranty is way to low.
  4. the serial number on the pfc is ECR33 010-2466
  5. Not quite sure mate, I think it might be around $50 via auspost with insurance.
  6. No worries, I will have to wait when I get home tonight to check it.
  7. Mate I've seen microtech's go for more than that. This PFC is brand spanking new, which retails for $1650 from Access and you have to wait to order it in. This is ready to be picked up & installed straight away for about $150 less and still under warranty. Cheers.
  8. I should mention that I'm negotiable, but no insane offers asking $500 for it.

  10. I found this website http://www.raceonusa.com/index.asp?PageAct...amp;ProdID=7297 and I was just wondering if anyone has tried there products and if they are as good as what they claim?
  11. Still looking, Someone must have a black S2 bar with foggies in good condition.
  12. How much are you asking for the foggies? can you PM me?
  13. Also would prefer if the front bar has not been cut for the intercooler piping but still happy to see pics of those that have been cut so I can inspect.
  14. As the title says, Series 2 R33 skyline front bar & Reo in black with foggies. Pick up in VIC would be preferable.
  15. I would buy the whole set if I knew for sure they would fit an R33.
  16. Where have you seen them in Japan for $900! If that was the case then every shop over here would be all over it.
  17. Hahahahah.. that is so true.. Whenever I mention about getting an MY00 Rex there is always one that will say "Get an evo" Gee, no sh1t, if I had the money I would get an evo 9. While I'm at it I might as well pick up that aston martin DBS from the left over change I've got... Farksake.
  18. Stop squeezing it so hard so some of the blood can rush back then you will have a pink one
  19. Yeah, I get bored very easily as well, the Mrs hates it and cant understand why the need to change cars.... I try & tell her its make up for the area where my balls once were before I handed them to her.
  20. 3500-4000rpm sounds pretty shiteful, thats prob why I would avoid upsizing the turbo... Out of the R33 & Rex which one handled better in the dry? Of course a AWD is always going to be better in the wet. GTST- Have you driven both cars? If so which do you recon would be the most responsive car if both had same light mods like ecu, exhaust, upgraded intercooler & tad more boost. I know I ask a hell of a lot of questions and ppl say that I should just go test drive one but it would be good to hear from anyone that has lived with both & which car they liked better.
  21. I do love the S4's & to have the speed & luxury that the S4's offer is an awesome package, but unfortunately a hefty mortgage keeps those dreams out of touch. The XR6t does have a good motor but I recon it would be a fuel guzzler and is sort of going away from the quick point to point car that im after.
