  1. WANTED TO BUY! Item: HKS T51R. KAI or SPL Age: Don't care Condition: Preferably stuffed but with good condition HKS Compressor Cover & HKS Exhaust Housing Location: Don't Care Contact: Call or SMS me on 0433 140618. Comments: I am only after the covers so a broken turbo would be best. If you know someone that has a stuffed HKS T51R that they are doing nothing with please tell them to contact me.

  3. My two cents. 50 trim Billet R-GT3 600hp turbo, super fast spooling. 56 trim Billet R-GTV 700hp. Similar flow to GT3540R. Billet Z-P 780hp turbo. Out flows HKS T04Z.
  4. Add's Purple 32 GTR 2.6L Eagle rods CP pistons 262 Tomei cams Fantasy manifold Single Billet Z-P turbo Custom Fantasy Intercooler Apexi Power FC Tuned at PITS on Dyno Dynamics dyno on the Gold Coast QLD 413rwhp @ 10psi, 98 ron fuel 477rwhp @ 16psi, 98 ron fuel Will update full specs and supply Dyno print out ASAP.
  5. Free flowing exhaust, free flowing air filter, timing and fuel tune. A better ball bearing design core. A hiflow with better matched and more advance wheels. Pretty much what Disco said. LOL
  6. That can't be true? Can anyone confirm? I figured they must be made of 321H There is a bit of info in this thread on manifold materials and properties (Click Here)
  7. Up Date. Here is the second vid of Gas Motoersopt on there 3.2L 2JZ making 2041hp on the same Billet Turbochargers turbo. Holly shi7 balls
  8. Gas Motorsports 1899.4HP 3.0L 2JZ Dyno Run with Billet Pro DRAG turbo (Click Here) Enjoy!
  9. What power did the wide Body Skyline make this year?
  10. I’m sure if you ask Kyle nicely he could source 321H S10 or S40 stainless steel buttwelds that will go the distance but by the time he gets the material here and makes the manifolds they are going to be around the same price as the Full Race manifolds. Another option if you had an unlimited budget and want a super light thin wall manifold is Inconel tube. At the end of the day the manifold design is far more important than the material it made from. A steam pipe manifold coated inside will look ascetically pleasing, will perform just as well as a S/S manifold of the same design, Won’t crack, Won’t tarnish like S/S and will be a hell of a lot cheaper. Kind regards, Ricky.
  11. Try a MR Turbo Australia / Billet Turbochargers dealer. There are many options available from bolt on ball bearing high flows to full Billet Turbochargers up grades.
  12. MR Turbo Australia can do your high flows. Phone: 07 5596 1079.
  13. Maybe have al look at the Billet Turbochargers: Billet Pro series Click Here
  14. Comparison Garrett T04Z = .70 A/R T04S compressor cover. Billet Z-P = .70 A/R T04S compressor cover. Garrett T04Z = T04Z/T04R compressor wheel. Billet Z-P = T04Z/T04R compressor wheel. Garrett T04Z = Cast aluminum back plate. Billet Z-P = Anodized billet aluminum back plate. Garrett T04Z = Cast iron core. Billet Z-P = Anodized billet aluminum core. Garrett T04Z = Steel ball bearings, phenolic (plastic) bearing cages. Billet Z-P = Full complement Aeronautic grade silicon nitride (ceramic) ball bearings. No bearing cages. Garrett T04Z = GMR P trim turbine. Billet Z-P = Inconel P Trim turbine. Garrett T04Z = Garrett T04 exhaust housings. Billet Z-P = Depending on availability. Billet T04 exhaust housings, Garrett T04 exhaust housings, Precision Turbo USA T04 exhaust housings. As you can see both of these turbo's are very similar. Other than the obvious Billet core the main differences are the materials the turbines are made from and the ball bearing system. Inconel is a superior more robust material for turbines. The silicon nitride ball bearings used in the Billet Turbo's are perfectly matched Aeronautic grade ball bearings and races. The silicon nitride balls are over 200% lighter, have a truer shape and can handle quite a lot more heat and punishment than steel balls. Full complement ball bearings mean they do not use a bearing cage. No bearing cage means no extra weight or drag on the ball bearings. Because the ball bearings are lighter, they have a truer shape, are made of stronger materials and have no extra drag or weight from a bearing cage they spin up faster and can handle more punishment by design. There is nothing wrong with Garrett's turbo's and they do a great job of mass producing turbochargers. The Billet Turbochargers are a high end performance turbocharger. Regards, Ricky Numeyer
  15. Billet Turbochargers core, back plate, ball bearing system and turbine shaft size don't share any common parts with the Garrett turbo's. It's the small frame turbo's that are not in production as yet. Hopefully early next year you will see a range small frame Billet turbo's including some bolt on models for RB26's. MR Turbo Australia / Billet Turbochargers do rebuild and high flow all makes and models of turbo's including the Garrett GT BB turbo's from the GT30R's up to the T04Z. This is done by machining out the Garrett core, then using a similar ball bearing system as the Billet Turbo's but adapted into the Garrett core and Shaft. The guys can do the same thing with the Nissan Hitachi BB turbo's (RB20, RB25, VG30) Sincerely, Ricky Numeyer.
