  1. hey guys, I have a 96' R33 Gtst and about three days back i started noticing that it only blows hot air no matter what, even with the blower on when the outside air is pretty cold. However, i found a thread about this matter and did the diagnostic, got error codes 25 & 26. It also mentioned that i should check the blend door servo motor's movement while changing the temperatures, it didn't move. So I'm guessing that the servo motor is stuffed..!!Does anyone know how to replace it? Or advice on a good A/C Tech, i live in S.E suburbs. Cheers, Oj
  2. hey guys, I think its the time to change my clutch and never thought that it could be this expensive!! but anyways i dont have much mechanical knowledge and i thought i would get it done from a mechanic. this is the job list that they gave me; "We will remove the gearbox and replace the Clutch Kit and at the same time inspect and report on the condition of, Flywheel Condition Spigot Bearing Drive Shaster and Slave Cylinder Clutch Folk Gearbox afts and CV or Universal Joints Clutch Cable if applicable Clutch M Oil Gear Shifter & Linkages or cables Engine and gearbox Mounts the guy quoted me $1098 and he said it will bw a standard clutch. ive gotta sports clutch at the moment and if i decided to go for the standard one can i make it feel hard to feel like the current one? and what do you guys think about the price? thank x heaps oj
  3. yeah! i can see the O2 sensor on.. might reset the ecu n see how it goes!! correct me if im wrong, i thought cat converters burn the unused fuel yeah! so bigger the cat converter more fuel economy + power
  4. hi ppl..! few days ago i went to an exhaust dude and got a dump pipe and a cat converter installed on my r33gtst coz i wanted my exhaust to be a little louder although i have a 3.5" kakimoto cat-back exhaust already. call me dumb..! the dump pipe is 3" and he said the the cat was called "no cat" but anyway he charged me $800 for the job and im thinking if the guy ripped me off. im not much of a racer but drive daily to work n stuff.but since then of course i feel that i have gained some power but the fuel needle goes down while im looking at it!! -- is it the dump pipe or the cat or both that gives me less fuel consumption? -- do you guys think i should have a massive cat converter? thankx oj
