The Start Of My Mega Audio Install
GoldZilla replied to BIT SUS's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
That is such a shame, Nigel. I saw the photos of the car after the crash on FB, but didn't realise you'd put THAT much work into the interior already. Is all the Dynamat and whatever else you'd done so far covered under insurance? -
Nice! I've loved them since I was a kid too.

-
I just spoke to Jetwreck and he is going to provide the address this week with plenty of time for you all to work out where it is. I've been there already to check it out, and it's not hard to find at all. Please, may I emphasise that we all behave ourselves both at the venue and in the area around the venue. No stupid behaviour will be tolerated, so no hard launches, no thrashing around the area, no speeding, no attempts at burnouts, etc. Jetwreck has very kindly provided a location which is perfect for this kind of a meeting, and we do not want any bad publicity or a damaging reputation to come out of this.

Oh, I also saw a black R34 GT or GTt parked on Church Street in Parramatta opposite Sherriff's Mini Cars.
-
I spotted MAX-007, dark grey s2 R33 in North Parramatta this arvo, turning right off Victoria Road into Macarthur Street near the Mobil servo, just after there'd been an accident at that intersection.

Post A Pic Of Your Stagea Thread
GoldZilla replied to CruiseLiner's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Hahaha, I'm often the only Stagea owner at Sydney events too... Yep, if anyone has any special events coming up that they think are worthy of addition to this thread, send me a PM and I'll add it to the thread. Regular weekly events can count, but having cruises, track days and such posted in this section is the main reason I created it. (Hence why I don't bother posting the weekly Thursday night cruises that I attend.) -
Best thing to do is upload your photos to PhotoBucket or something similar (it's free, anyway), and then paste a link to them here. If you need more instructions, just ask - it's pretty easy to do and once you've done it a few times it'll almost become second nature. The advantage is that when you post your link to your photos here, we can pretty much see a full-sized image instead of just a thumbnail.
-
Yeah, there's lots more involved, unfortunately... Oh, do you know about the Stagea meeting we are having here in Sydney in just over a week? Details are here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ns...rs-t266253.html

I spotted a white s1 C34 last night heading North-West on the Waringah Freeway/Gore Hill Freeway around Artarmon. I beeped a few times, not sure if the driver heard me.
-
Spotted a dark grey R34 GTt with rego FR34KE today around 1.30pm in the M5 tunnel on the approach to the exit for the airport. It had clear tail-lights with LEDs, but they looked cheap and cheesy.

Skylines Australia Events Links
GoldZilla replied to GoldZilla's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Updated again with new NSW and SA events! -
Yeah, what he said... *shakes fist at Andy (non-)threateningly*
-
They're 6.5" (16.5cm) units, front and rear, Reuben. Some people refer to them as 6" speakers, but they mean the same thing...

New M35 Owner With Some Questions
GoldZilla replied to ThompaSweden's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Hi Thomas, welcome to the Skylines Australia forums! If you're looking for parts, you could also try RHDJapan, Nengun, or Perfect Run. I'm sure there was another guy from Sweden who also signed up to the forum the other day, too, but I can't find the thread or the details... -
They ALL look hot, that would be a tough decision! You've got good taste.
-
Spotted a black s1 R33 GTSt this afternoon in Baulkham Hills around 1.30pm, and a white R34 GTt or GT (maybe Aron's?) around 2.45pm on Showground Road in Castle Hill right near the Hills Centre.

M35's With Vq35de Engines, When Are They Available?
GoldZilla replied to mxfly's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
It's kinda stupid the number of hoops importers and compliancers still have to jump through for this, as the atmo VQ is already available in various guises in so many ADM Nissans already, and has been for years! -
Here's one theory that might fit the sound - do you have a paper-element air filter or anything that might flap about or vibrate only at certain revs?
-
I'm still in too.
-
Spotted a red Ferrari F430 and white Maserati GranTurismo cruising together today, three times, while I was in the Hunter Valley. A mate of mine said he'd seen around 15 or 20 supercars in the area today too.
-
Hahaha, Lancer boy! All good, they're a nice unit - I'd prefer one of those over a WRX of any variety any day.
-
Nice one, Brendo!!!
-
Duncan regularly uses his Stagea to tow his GT-R race car, and EvoMitchy uses his to tow his Lancers, so you'll have no issues.
