I used to watch it quite a bit, then started missing episodes due to their bloody inconsistent times (stupid TV networks can't make a decision about when they'll run it, and stick to that decision), so I couldn't follow the story. I'd still like to catch up with it where I left off. FB = Facebook.

The main part of the bar is a Dayz bar, but I'm guessing you already know that and are enquiring about the extra "overlay" section, right? In the HyperRev catalogue (vol. 38, page 45), it's on the Autech Tsukada ("ATTKD") demo car. However, in the second Stagea-focussed HyperRev catalogue (issue 67), it again appears on the ATTKD car (page 43), but also on the Midori Seibi Center car on the following page. So exactly who it's made by is still in question... Sorry I can't help more than that.

Yep, been thinking about doing this for ages, Chris, it's just a matter of me getting off my lazy arse to do it. Now that I've got my O2 sensor here, I should do it while I'm actually out spending time working on the car.

Yeah, I think a majority of Japanes cars had them fitted, due to the space constraints in Japan. That would be cool setting them up like that. I never use mine as my passenger side mirror sticks about half-way when it's folding back out again, and if I don't have someone in the car with me, it's hard to operate the switch and give the mirror a helping nudge at the same time.

Yep, when you say that the Thursday night meets are a general meet, that's EXACTLY what it is, a general meet for anyone who wants to attend. In fact, it's not even an exclusively Skyline meet, and until recently when Xmetal, CL11QE, zei20l, Bis-e Bee, Jetwreck and andy65b (and a few others) occasionally started to show up, I was the ONLY Stagea there... Correct me if I'm wrong, Danny, but the whole intention of this meet was to gather Stagea drivers together for a chat and a put-faces-to-screennames style gathering. His intention might have initially been to gather M35 drivers together to compare cars and discuss mods, but I don't think he meant it to be totally exclusive of C34 drivers. I think I know where you're coming from too, Michael, but Stageas are rare enough that we should ALL be able to gather together and share experiences, even with the differences between models. I wouldn't try to exclude M35 drivers from anything I'd organise, Jetwreck and I discussed this the other night and he feels the same (although he likes to stir the pot ), and I know that at least one C34 driver feels as though there is some "rivalry" between the M35 drivers and C34 drivers, and he doesn't like it...

I saw one parked tonight in the Grand Mercure parking lot around the corner from the casino. It was a black one too, so it might well have been the same car, who knows...

Here's one of the Stagea double-unicorn, but it's from a series 1, so it's red and black. I took some more photos using a friend's D-SLR the other night (both the Stagea badge and the RS-Four badge) , but we don't think they turned out too well... I'll ask him and see if he'll link them here if they're alright.

Basically? For the car: check all engine fluids, and replace if necessary - an oil and filter change is a MINIMUM, and add extra oil for added track stress and temperatures; replace and bleed brake fluid, using higher-quality stuff for the higher temps; check the condition of your brake pads and discs, replace with better items if necessary; check the condition of your tyres - buy a spare set if you think you might need them; remove all excess stuff from your interior - jack, spare wheel/tyre, tools, subwoofers, CDs, etc. For the driver: long sleeves, long pants, enclosed shoes; an Australian Standards Approved helmet; a CAMS or AASA licence. The CAMS licence will require you to be a member of a CAMS-affilliated club, which is where your SAU-NSW membership comes in; EDIT: CAMS licence NOT required for the June 12 Oran Park day... a good, ready-to-have-fun attitude!

Oh, by the way, SAU-NSW are having a track day @ Oran Park on Friday June 12th. This is one of the last opportunities to do Oran Park GP EVER, as it's going to close FOREVER either December this year or early January 2010 to be replaced by a housing estate. :( I might be using this opportunity to finally take my car on the track, and have the honour of being able to say I raced on the OP-GP circuit years from now when it's just a distant memory. Please don't make me be the only Stagea ever to hit the tracks here in Sydney - come along and enjoy the day (and the track) with me!
