  1. Hahaha, if you're in Parramatta, it's all of 25mins away, and about 10mins more from Homebush!
  2. That's right, tail-lights on the rear of the s2 have clear indicators, compared to orange on the s1.
  3. Spotted ShengBert, Doof, Moo, JetR32, DJ Brave, Kasey, R34Liner, CL11QE, Gimpy, N1GTR, Cassbo, and others tonight at the truck stop and the Coastie meet. Also today, not a Skyline (or even a Nissan, for that matter), but in Winston Hills I saw a restored Mk2 Ford Escort panel van done up in full old-school NRMA service van colours with "5 NRMA" rego.
  4. Bah, that's a damned shame - we usually leave the truckstop to head North at 8pm, but we left roughly 20mins late tonight, too...
  5. IN for group buy of Spa Francorchamps - I think I have some silver coins lying around...
  6. Any more takers for tonight?
  7. A warning though, the Maxxis MA-Z1's can be a bit noisy on certain cars. My sister has got them on her Mazda3 and the road noise when driving at city/metro speeds is higher than I'd expected. I just put a set of Federal 595-SS's on my car with the V35 mags, and I'm stunned that there's almost no road noise at all, especially seeing as they're rated as a much higher-performing tyre than the Maxxis ones.
  8. New NSW event added...
  9. I'm going to organise one hopefully soon. Just busy at the moment with Club stuff. BTW - all are welcome to attend our Dyno Day coming up on November 15th at Unique Autosports, and SAU-NSW has its Christmas Cruise coming up too on December 13th for Members only (join if you haven't already!!!)
  10. There are at least 5 McDonald's within 10 minutes of the SAU Dyno Day...
  11. I'll be there, Alex - you know it!
  12. Thanks mate, got them for just under a grand because there are some marks in the finish (as can be seen in the third picture). The marks have somehow cut into the clear coat - might be the result of wheel cleaner not being properly washed off. Thanks Andy. Looking forward to catching up.
  13. Alright, I bought some V35 Skyline wheels for my wagon a few weeks ago because I absolutely love how they look on GorGasm's car. Wheels are 18"x8" and offset is +30mm. Tyres are Federal 595-SS, 245x40x18 all around. The rear guards need to be rolled as I get occasional scrubbing, front guards are fine. I'm in again! QUESTION: Keep mudflaps, or remove them?
  14. People, please keep the off-topic chat to a minimum. We have a chat thread for that, please use that instead...
  15. Spotted msnismo, Dr Doof, T04GTR, and N1GTR today out and about...
  16. Good job, Jase!
  17. TURDY!!! Happy birthday Victor! :)
  18. Hahaha, James - it's not like you have a long way to travel, is it?
  19. Well-written article, Alan! It's good to see our little community being portrayed in a positive light. Thankfully, no one acted in a way to detract from this on the day - well done, people.
  20. Spotted something which I'm sure was a Gallardo Spyder tonight going past the restaurant on the corner of the GWH and Pendle Way in Pendle Hill, around 9.30 tonight. It had already gone past me when I noticed it, and had other cars behind it blocking me from getting a proper look.
  21. Spotted an orange R33 GTSt turning off GWH onto Pendle Way in Pendle Hill at about 9.30pm. Odd colour...
  22. Thanks mate! I'll take some pics and post them up over the weekend - it's too hot now and I've hit my internet limit, which will reset after midnight or so tonight. Uploading photos right now would be painfully slow...
  23. It would be more a matter of personal choice and whether or not you will be doing modifications to the car. The C34 probably has more aftermarket support and for the most part is easier to work on, especially if you want to change the turbo later on. Either way, the Stagea is proving to owners (of both C34 and M35) to be a dream car to own - right guys and girls?
  24. Donation of said Chaser kindly gratefully accepted, thanks Micah! YEAH, you heard the man - no more whoring!!! Spotted Alex in the CL11QE-mobile on the weekly coasties cruise! zei201, when are you going to attend one? We meet at the Berowra truck stop @ 7.30pm every Thursday and head up the coast (just past Gosford), then kick back, talk shit, etc.
