  1. I'm serious, dude! Throwing in the towel in 3... 2... 1...
  2. On our Stagea cruise the other day, when we sat down for lunch at Trackside I just happened to run into my uncle and ended up seated with my back to him. Had a quick chat to him and found out he was the new owner of the bright red Mercedes A200 parked out the front of the restaurant. He asked me what I was driving, and if it was still the car I'd been spending money doing up (I haven't seen him in a few years). I said yep; he asked which car it was; I pointed it out; and he says "What, the Volvo?"
  3. Man, this whole video editing malarkey is a PITA. Does anyone else wanna do it for me? Shaz? Otherwise it's going to be 4hrs long! I'm sticking to photos only from now on...
  4. That's fine, but please get there nice and early so we can process your forms and payment with minimal hold-ups. It looks like it's going to be another full event, too, or very close to it!
  5. Spotted another silver NM35 (but this time not an AXIS) today around 2pm, again on Station Road in Toongabbie, again heading towards Seven Hills. I was in zee Golf, typically.
  6. Spotted a silver M35, quite possibly an AXIS, going towards Seven Hills on Station Road this afternoon. Was this you, Dave?
  7. It might be an idea to post what part of the world you're in, and what ballpark figures people would be looking at so that they can make an informed decision.
  8. I had a black R34 GTt parked in my street earlier in Toonie, almost directly across the road from my house. It had a kit on it and black multi-spoke wheels, not sure who owns it and didn't get a chance to check it out.
  9. As with every official SAU:NSW event, unless you see us post that the event is full, then we're still accepting entries!
  10. Good work Shaz! I also have some footage to go through, will probably do it tomorrow night. I've never properly edited a video, so it will probably look crap, but I'll post it up anyway...
  11. If you decide to become a Club Member, you'll have one included in your welcome pack!
  12. I've always loved your car because of how the LMs just work so well on a Stagea, but now that you've got that exhaust on there it's taken it to a new level - I've always wants exhausts poking out both sides of the bar. I'd probably go with a single exit on each side, but either way, I love it! Nice one Scott!
  13. I just spotted a silver s1 C34 heading towards Parramatta, right near Westmead station, on Park Parade. 3.25pm, I was in the old man's car, typically!
  14. Me too.
  15. Chargrill Charlie's consistently have awesome burgers, but strangely enough the one at Wahroonga is not quite as good as at St Ives, I've found. Plenty of other stuff on their menu too, but I haven't bothered to try anything else because the burgers hit the spot! http://www.chargrillcharlies.com.au/
  16. Hi Patrick, and welcome to the forums. Have you have a thorough read of this thread? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/92065-buyers-guide-the-nissan-c34-stagea/
  17. Excellent, any and all help is always appreciated at our events!
  18. I've been ordering bits and pieces for my car, looking forward to getting it all fitted and enjoying it.
  19. That was me Dave, I noticed your car as I was driving out to leave, but forgot to post in here about it. Hi! :wavey:
  20. Are you still using the same Sydney workshop that you were using ages ago, Micah - the one on the Northern Beaches? From your continued experiences, it might be time to make a change...
  21. Silver M35 waiting to turn right from Reservoir Rd onto the Great Western Highway in Prospect about 2:15pm, had a dirty big dent in the front driver's side guard between the front wheel and driver's door, and a ladder strapped to the roof.
  22. Dude, thank YOU for setting it up! I've been to a tech night at Heasman's before a long, long time ago, and I learnt just as much on Friday as I did the first time.
  23. C'mon people! If any of you are still thinking about whether to do this or not, just remember that it may well be you or someone you know who could need that blood one day. I can't give due to medical reasons, but I do have blood tests every month for my ongoing health condition. Being scared of needles and/or the sight blood is SOFT!
  24. Yet another great night! Post your photos and experiences in the wrap-up thread here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/431474-s-a-u-n-s-w-heasmans-suspension-tech-night-wrap-up/
  25. Well, I certainly had a good night. Massive thanks to Ricky (xntrq) for doing most of the work in setting this up on behalf of SAU-NSW, and an equally massive thanks to the crew at Heasman's Suspension for putting on the feed, drinks and tech night. Everyone, feel free to post your experiences here, add photos, and whatever else you can think of that was relevant to the night and what you learnt. Aaaaaaannddddd GO!!!
