  1. Yeah, I know - the cars love the cold! But I don't drive too well when wearing 15-20 layers of clothing - I'm a skinny mofo and don't cope too well in the winter weather!
  2. Nice! More Sydney people to pester/stalk for when I arrange a Stagea cruise when the weather starts to get warmer!
  3. Nice one, Dave! Welcome to the Stagea community, and the SkylinesAustralia in general! Where are you located?
  4. I've seen STA63A, STA93A, and STAGEA (on Jay's old car).
  5. I know quite a few people who like to do that, so why not?
  6. Happy birthday, Barry!
  7. hahahaha, my bad... Maybe I should follow my own rule of "do not make assumptions!" Oh well, no harm done, at least!
  8. That is so WRONG!!! How's the Mister Spyder, James?
  9. Another thing, Jason, is that both the sandwich plate on the block and the bit where your new filter location is SHOULD have two different-sized fittings (at least that's how I remember it), so you can choose where it would be more convenient for you to "plug-in" the sensor.
  10. Brad, I *think* you might be lucky with this one - I believe the R32/R33 GT-R PowerFC's are the same unit, and as far as I know the 260RS factory ECU can be direct-swapped for a PowerFC from either an R32 or R33. So, if your current computer is hard-wired into your Stagea RS-Four loom, see if you can get an R32/R33 GT-R plug, and you *might* get away with plug-and-play! Hopefully Ken or Darrin will be able to shed more light on it. Good luck!
  11. Shouldn't that be the corner of Manns Rd and Central Coast Highway, West Gosford, Terry? Pfft, 'sif own the place and not know where it is... Actually, I had dinner there tonight with a few fellow SAU members - and it was good. Next time I'm there I'll have to try the Hot Stone steaks...
  12. Ryan, don't worry about Albert's take on English. If you really want to know, this is how the conversation is flowing: Doof: "I never like Albert's events. But I'll most likely be making an appearance. First, though, I must check my schedule and make sure I don't already have plans for that day." ShengBert: "What do you mean, other plans? THESE should be your only plans! If they're not your only plans, then cancel or reschedule what you had planned for that day, and come along to this event, or else..."
  13. Nice one Andy - here's to plenty of enjoyable motoring in your new wagon! Can't wait to see pics.
  14. Here's mine: Straight 6, Turbo... Bought the plates before I even had the car, because I'd already decided what engine my next car would have - I just had to decide what car that engine would feature in!
  15. Bernard, chuck it in the Stagea Classifieds section here, and I will delete this thread for you. I tried moving it for you, but it won't let me, unfortunately...
  16. My condolences to ANY car that had/has to wear those fking ugly chromies which were on the Ford...
  17. I agree with Sean on this in all regards. You are one very patient person! Much respect to you for holding out this long! Good luck in getting it all sorted - it'll be worth it. I have not regretted buying my car for one moment.
  18. Spotted some strange black R33 this arvo out the front of my place, plates were MZR33T. Hai Anna!
  19. Yep, I should be there...
  20. Good news (although most of you have probably already heard) - two of the cars and a fair chunk of the stock stolen has been recovered, and three arrests have been made.
  21. The plugs are the same, but there's a lot more to it than that, unfortunately... Also, it depends on what Stagea loom you got: assuming it's from a WG(N)C34 Stagea, was it from a series 1 or series 2? The s1 Stagea came with the s2 R33 motor, and the s2 Stagea came with the R34's Neo motor. If you can't find the info here (and information is still in short supply in general), then look in the Stagea section of the forums HERE...
  22. Wow, it's good to hear some of the stuff and two cars have been recovered, let's hope the good fortune (and good work by the police and all others involved) continues!
  23. Wollongong? What's that? Is that some kind of wildlife park or zoo? Been a while since I've been down that way, actually...
  24. Scary stuff, here's a link: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ja...ry-t228959.html Please keep your eyes open, guys and girls.
  25. That's scary stuff! It really sucks that this is the kind of world we live in... I'm hoping you can get to the bottom of this and figure out who's responsible.
