Speaking of FAST, does anyone know if it works with Vista? I've got two PCs at home with XP Pro, and two copies of FAST, and can't get either copy of FAST to work on either PC for some reason...

Duncan, I can confirm that the JJR split one doesn't fit. I bought one a few months back and took it down to UAS for fitting. Andrew showed me where it hits, it's kinda near one of the rear engine or front gearbox mounts (can't remember exactly). We compared it to an R34 one which he'd just changed, and the R34 is a closer fit - it has a bit of a kink where the mount is.

Ouch! So sad to hear about something like this... Condolences to family, friends and all affected.

Congratulations guys and girls! I'm really happy to hear that we've received an award on only our second "official" display as a club, especially for winning "Best Club Attitude!" I wish I could have helped out this time, but hopefully I will be there next time to bring some Stagea love to the SAU display. I'm planning a few mild mods here and there (the usual Skyline-related stuff), and it needs a good detailing job or a few touch-ups before I make some more very minor visual mods. Three cheers to Paul (NSA11N), Steven (Dr DOOF) and Jess (Sinful) for getting it all together, and all the other entrants for helping to show the variety of events SAU likes to be involved in, as well as the positive aspects and attitudes of the club and forums as a whole!

Hey Sk0pe, if you can't get a healthy standard used turbo (the s1 Stagea uses the s2 R33-spec turbo), then I believe the best replacement is a Garrett GT28RS, which AFAIK is a direct replacement. Your best bet is to give a workshop a call and check with them, or speak to GCG who sell and rebuild turbos for Garrett. This weekend is the SAU-NSW Christmas Cruise for Members (or those who are willing to become Members on/before the day). This is a great chance to meet some of your Skyline and Stagea fellow club members. It's a very family-oriented day, and the club is putting on a BBQ once we reach our (secret) destination. Saw a black Lamborghini Murcielago with "DEMIR" or similar out the front of Demir in Chatswood today around 4pm.

Spotted this car again today in the same spot - I can now confirm that the plates are right: COP-003.

You might have an issue swapping front suspension with other Stagea owners unless they also have an RS-V, as the AWD Stageas have different front suspension set-ups compared to the RWD versions. Just something to keep in mind... Good luck though, and good to hear you're happy with your new car!

Spotted an orange R34 GTt parked in the Bell Towers carpark on Parramatta Road in Auburn this arvo around 5.30pm.
