  1. Sweeeet, another Stagea for Sydney! Welcome aboard. Roughly whereabouts in Sydney are you? Most of the recent Stageas coming into NSW are heading to Newcastle and the surrounds (as far as I can see), however there are a few of us here in Sydney metro.
  2. That's nuts, Bryce! This'll be hot to see when it's all finalised...
  3. Yeah, I can understand the being scared of Liz thing. Stagea has 5 doors, in theory, so you're safe.
  4. OMG Anna, it seems to be never-ending for you. Sell black cars (both of them), buy Stagea!
  5. Spotted a black R34 just off Delhi Road/Millwood Avenue/Fullers Road in Chatswood West around 3.45pm today
  6. Buy tix for me please Dale! hahaha
  7. Spotted a white R34 GTt heading towards Parramatta on Old Windsor Rd in Toongabbie earlier tonight, roughly 6.15pm.
  8. Ouch, that sucks Term... Hope you get it back.
  9. Lizzeh, I'll be heading through Berowra to pick up my cousin anyway, so if you wanna come along let me know.
  10. Good work Marssssssss and Sasha on this. Sasha, you've let Lucky & Peps know that there'll be roughly 50 people turning up, but don't forget that some cars will have a passenger (or 2 or 3) as well, so there's potential for 100+ people right there. Count me in +1
  11. Spotted a dark grey or black Lambo (I think it was a Gallardo, but it was dark and I noticed it too late to check) around 9pm coming off the M7 motorway and onto Old Windsor Rd near Baulkham Hills.
  12. We've got business cards made up promoting the SAU-NSW Club, which I keep a batch of with me to hand out and leave on Stageas (and the occasional Skyline) when I see them out and about. You should see if SAU-Qld has some made up too, or if they're willing to get a batch made up.
  13. I just looked up the address that appears in the background of the shots, and one of the results for Barr Street just happens to be a street off Parramatta Road in Camperdown, not far past the intersection of Pyrmont Bridge Road as you're heading East towards the city. Are there any dealerships around there, I can't remember?
  14. I use a drive-through car wash when the car's really dirty, and then between big washes I use a Meguiar's Waterless wash kit. It seems to do a pretty good job, but if the car's had built-up dirt on there, I take it for a proper wash. We haven't got room at our house to install rainwater tanks, although we'd like to have had the option. We do have an old wheelie bin that we used to let rainwater fall into (at least, I think we still have it), maybe we should drill it and install a filtered hose connector with a tap fitting, and buy another high-pressure washer. Our old one died years ago.
  15. Ouch, that looks to be a hell of a lot of work, even if you do say it's just six bolts to get the engine dropped. That exhaust looks really restrictive, and is that a muffler in the middle or a ridiculously large cat-converter? Hope all goes well... I'm pretty sure most of our cars would have a gearbox assembly around that long, Dale - the transfer case adds what looks like a huge length to the box.
  16. Hey Antony, welcome aboard. If Dave's spec info is correct (I can't get FAST working on my computers, no matter what I've tried), then yours is a factory base-version of the turbo AWD. It would've been produced around halfway through the s1 run, as the s2 was released in August '98, as you've found from the Russian website. In the model code, WGNC34, the "G" means it was an RB25-engined car (there was also a non-turbo RB25, so this part of the model designation doesn't really specify), and the "N" means it came out with the ATESSA AWD system. In another example, if a Stagea came out as a WHC34, then it would be an RB20DE-powered car (non of which were turbocharged) with RWD only. (I really should update the first page of the Buyer's Guide, I've learnt and accumulated a lot of info since I first put it up there...)
  17. And this! If this guy's got any nuts loose in his head, they know where to find some spanners...
  18. How amazing is that - who'd have thought to do that?
  19. Agreed - where is the Mona-mobile? Nice shots Sam, LJ's car looks hot! Love your car with the TE37s too.
  20. Ummm, Ben, if you climb the fence, how are you going to do skids? Won't your car still be on the other side? Maybe bring shoes with lots of tread...
  21. I was enquiring about the SK suspension kit yesterday, Yunis, and SK's son recommended Jim Hunter Suspension in Blacktown (if that's not too far from you) as they've installed and adjusted some of the kits there, and know what they are doing.
