  1. It doesn't matter which order you do it in, we can check the account for the funds transfer and sort it out when it goes through. As long as you put clear details on the bank transfer details like "membership Rozza" or something similar, then we should be able to trace it.
  2. Too many P's in that sentence, Doof - now I have to go to the toilet! *shakes fist* Was that white Stagea out the front of a convenience store, by any chance? I've seen it there quite a few times, it's a series 2 and very nice!
  3. Hahaha, Adam, can you ask her if I can get some physical proof, in order that I may make an educated and informed opinion - just to be sure, y'know?
  4. I like hooters in general, but the hooters at Hooters were pretty ordinary, and the food was the same, at best...
  5. I saw two Ferrari 612 Scagliettis at the Motor Show today, then afterwards I saw another on Victoria Road heading towards the Anzac Bridge.
  6. The s2 R33 turbo (and engine) is what we get in the s1 Stageas, and the R34 Neo engine is what goes in the s2 Stageas. When my turbo blew on my s1, I replaced it with an s1 R33 turbo, which has steel wheels. I noticed that it didn't spool up quite as fast, not go quite as hard, but I've never bothered to check if the wastegate actuator had been fiddled with previously on the original one that was on my car. The blown one is (obviously) on the right, and the replacement is on the left:
  7. Jay used to have those plates in the standard NSW yellow and black when he had the monster light green s1 with the Haltech, GT35R turbo, etc. Those plates (and that car) then: Those plates (in black on white) on the s2 I saw today:
  8. Spotted a white R33 GT-R with Nismo(?) stripes and SAU-97R rego out the front of PowerPlay this arvo - is this PranK's car? Also spotted a very nice dark grey R34 GTt parked at UWS Rydalmere carpark, and then maybe the same car again parked in the carpark of The Junction at Northmead (where the Dick Smith Powerhouse, Hog's Breath and Hungry Jacks is).
  9. Saw that pearl white s2 with "STAGEA" plates on it today, parked in the car park below the Motor Show.
  10. I've had a very quick scan through this book that Malcolm owns, and it's a very hard-to-get book. I'm not sure how he managed to get a copy of it, though, but I'd like a copy. The non-turbo, 4-door GTR was an R32, produced by Autech with an RB26DE and autobox. Found this on a quick Google search: http://www.sewid.org/gallery/v/Skylines/Skylines-RB26DE/
  11. Not a bad idea, but the set-up costs on that would be a killer, and probably not worth the cost involved when you consider how many would actually sell, unfortunately... There are SAU stickers around in that design, I think the Queensland and Victorian clubs use/have them.
  12. Hahaha, I didn't forget you either Brad, but we haven't had an update on your progress for a while, so I kinda assumed that you were either too busy to work on it or were saving for or planning your next round of mods. Any new photos?
  13. Most of us here own a Stagea, but this is undoubtably THE Stagea to rule all! Good work - that's gotta take a hell of a lot of dedication, money and sanity. There was a heavily-modded 260RS for sale on J-Spec a few weeks ago, but it's got nothing on this monster!
  14. Hey Doof and Jess, sorry I couldn't make it the other night - I was feeling off, crashed out and woke up at around 8.15pm, completely forgetting about the meeting! I won't be entering my car, but might come down for a sticky beak when the event comes around.
  15. Spotted that green Porsche Cayenne on Friday night in Church Street, Parra.
  16. If you're still thinking of getting the Autech Stagea, then the PFC for an R33 GT-R will work regardless of if you buy the series 1 or series 2 Stagea. It's a direct fit and no mods need to be made. If you're getting a series 2 RS-Four S, then I believe that once you've done the mod outlined by EGA41T, wolverine and beastien, then you won't have to worry about the ATTESA - the ATTESA control is separate.
  17. Congratulations! That's at least* three girls born into the Skyline community in less than a month! The other two girls were born to drag-racing fathers (Adrian "2rismo" and Paul "DiRTgarage"), so you're gonna have to try and even out the balance, okay? *there might well be more, but this is the third that I know of...

  19. Try and find the threads started by Sydneykid - he's done all the homework already and has set up group buys for full Bilstein/Whiteline suspension kits. You can buy only the components or the whole lot, depending on your budget. He also has all the toe, camber and castor settings which will give the best result.
  20. That really sucks, man... I'm considering putting some wheels on Teh Wagon, but: 1. I like to roll stealth; and 2. I'm worried about this happening to me too. I don't use my car a lot, but by the same token it's not a garage queen. If I have to go out, I use it. I'm pretty careful about where I park, but you can't always park exactly where you want, can you? And to think that this could have happened when you have your car parked AT HOME really sucks.
  21. Pffft, Commodore - shame on you, Greg! Buy a Stagea - you know you want to... Seriously, imagine owning and driving a Commodore at an event like the Texikhana - it would be a shocker. My cousin used to have a VN SV89, and it spent more time in the shop than on the road, constantly breaking stuff - gearboxes (upgraded to Corvette bands in the auto), power steering, etc. That's not to say that Skylines don't break stuff too, but they're a much better engineered car from the ground up, and will surely handle some punishment with less problems.
  22. I should be able to make it to the meeting, Jess. Not sure about entering, but I've printed off the forms and have them ready to fill in.
  23. That would be Terminal (aka Andrew), he's moving from Canberra to Bathurst, hence the trailer. REALLY nice car!
  24. Desperate to see the new GT-R? http://desktop.google.com/plugins/i/gtr_gtrwidget.html?hl=en
  25. Sydney Car Wash - there are two of them. One on Broadway on the left as you head West (close to Eastern Suburbs for HOT-R33), and one on Windsor Road in Baulkham Hills on the left as you head towards Parramatta (close enough to Blacktown). Link: http://www.meguiars.com.au/news_1.htm They use Meguiars products exclusively, and do a good job. And if you go during the week, they usually charge less than the regular prices.
