  1. Hahahaha, not with my luck... Meh...
  2. I agree with everyone above - Jay's car is a BEAST! Well worth the purchase price considering what you're getting, both in features and performance.
  3. GO KYLIE! Hahaha, good to hear you getting out there and giving it a go!
  4. I'm going on Wednesday I think - it's sooooo much quieter when you go mid-week.
  5. Adam is quite likely going to be one of the Shire's tallest hobbits...
  6. Hmm, I might come along seeing as it's about 10mins from home...
  7. Dammit, now I feel like an Asahi...
  8. Jeez, I suggest you get some (ADR-approved) braided brake lines!
  9. My sister is constantly doing deliveries to the printers in that same complex and told me about it. She gave me the same information that John has posted, possible dodgy wiring within the hobby shop's premises. Apparently the current owner of the hobby shop was emotionally gutted as he had a lot of personal items stored there, including some models he had built when he was young(er)... She took this shot of the place and sent it to me. Not a great shot because it's from a phone, but it gives you some idea... Good to hear it's had minimal effect on UAS, John.
  10. Close, Kylie, but mine's Sherwood Green, it's not quite as dark as it looks in that shot...
  11. Here's a shot from the SAU-NSW photoshoot day, most of which is appearing in HPI magazine issue 73. My car was one of the few to miss out in the article, but Wil was good enough to post this up in our member's section. I can't wait to lower it now, considering how good it looks even with the standard wheels! Who needs a body kit?

  13. What? I've had my car for over a year now, with stickers on it almost from day one. And I never get spotted. Oh, wait, you mean that SAU Stagea...
  14. Spotted Shell on Sunday up here in Sydney.
  15. Wouldn't be direct injection, AFAIK... Might be a different fuel rail with the different injectors you mentioned, but that's different to direct injection. Direct injection is what deisels use, where the fuel is fired directly into the cylinder, not into the manifold ports. Direct injection is only now becoming more common on petrol-powered cars...
  16. Especially when you nail the throttle and the noise of the open dump hits - you can hear it a mile off!!!
  17. I'll let them tell us when they're ready... They're another of the NSW Exec members, anyway.
  18. Hmmm, if they don't know much about jap cars, why are they doing the compliancing?
  19. It'll probably cost the same to have someone go out to the car, as Girraween is only two suburbs away anyway... Unigroup would be the go.
  20. The turbo housings might be different, but both series 1 and 2 have ceramic turbines and plastic/nylon compressor wheels (like all s2 R33s and onwards).
  21. Correct... So do I!!! :)
  22. Search is your friend here, there are two, maybe three threads about it on here...
  23. I think the Neo uses a little less fuel too. Best thing is to ask in one of the tech sections. I know there's more, but I just can't think of it at this point in time...
  24. Or he could mean the bellhousing, which is what goes over the clutch assembly...
