The owner has already had a good look through the threads here... It's another white Dayz edition, and will be copping a manual conversion.

I had the same question when I was deciding what car to buy - 32GT-R, 32 sedan or 34 sedan. My decision ended up being influenced by the fact that: * I wanna be able to leave my car ANYWHERE when I go out and not have to worry about it too much; * I want minimal hassles from other road users, who can tend to be aggressive when they see a Skyline; and * I want minimal hassles from the cops... Buying a GT-R pretty much rules out parking on the street when you go out, and buying a Skyline can sometimes make you a target for the dickhead factor, or cops on an ego trip... I like the fact that my car is pretty sleeper-ish, and the only things I'll do to it visually are wheels and lowering, and maybe a rear spoiler for somewhere to mount a camera. I'm pretty sure the loudness of the exhaust is borderline, but cops barely give me a second glance!

Yep, this is the best thing to do - degrease it and then take it for a nice run. If you do get a leak, have a look at what colour the oil is. If it's brownish, then it's probably engine oil (not sure if diff oil is the same colour, or if the diff shares oil with the engine, I haven't had enough of a look underneath the car). If the oil is reddish, then it's ATF/power steering fluid (which is the same fluid anyway). Once you determine what kind of oil it is, then it will narrow down the number of places you'll have to look for the leak.

Oh, BTW, spotted a black R33 sedan today (maybe a series 2, not sure) with what looked like 4 girls in it, on the Great Western Highway at the intersection of Blacktown Rd.

Sweet, thanks Ken. Stupid me remembered today that if I install an A-Pillar mount for a gauge, then it might cover the spot where the tweeter is on the driver's side...

Nice pics Ken, the car looks great! Those A-Pillar mounts, do they hold 52mm gauges or 60mm ones? I wouldn't mind getting a single-gauge mount for mine if it holds a 60mm gauge. So much to do, so little cash...

Spotted a black R33 launching along the Great Western Highway earlier tonight, heading West past the intersection of the highway and Centenary Rd/Station Rd in Wentworthville. I was too far back to see if it was a GT-R or GTSt, or what series it was, but it did have a GT-R wing on the back... Looked pretty clean, though.

You're right - the "tint" is actually in the glass, and most Stageas (except the lowest-spec versions, AFAIK) came like that.

Today I spotted a silver V35 for sale in a front yard on Cumberland Highway in Greystanes/Merrylands. Also saw a white R33 with graphics and kit (maybe Veilside) heading South on Cumberland Highway, and just before that I saw a nice clean black R32 GT-R with gold wheels heading in the same direction...
