  1. I hate the wheels, hate the painted dash and door bits, and hate the fiberglassing around the stereo. If it was all done in a more subtle shade or in a carbon-look, and had racing-style wheels, it would be a lot nicer IMO.
  2. Correct! I'm betting you didn't ask before using this image in your sig, so you should take it out, KLowN. I'm sure that if you'd have asked BEFORE you used the images, then Sl!m would either: a - not have a problem using it if you credited him with it being given to you, or b - Sl!m would most likely have pointed you in the direction of where you could get one for yourself PROPERLY. BTW, the details of where and how much are clearly in Wil's signature. He is in NSW. Back on topic, Wil I would love to get a shoot of the Stagea done sometime soon. Will PM you when I'm ready. As I've said before and will say again, they look awesome!
  3. Spotted two R-34's on Windsor Road in Baulko this afternoon around 6pm, they were probably travelling together as they were only about 20m apart and in the same lane. I was heading the other way (towards Parra) and noticed the first one only after I heard it go by and looked in my rear view mirror, then as soon as I turned around I heard the second one before I saw it coming towards me, so I did the same and only noticed it was a Skyline after seeing the lights in my rear view. I'm guessing they were both black, and not sure if they were GT-R's or GT-t's.
  4. My family has a NAuTT SACC, hahahahahahahaha NAuTT = Manufacturers (Nissan, Audi, and Two Toyota's) SACC = Models (Stagea, A4 1.8T, Camry, Corolla)
  5. Go the RS4 - apparently worth much more than the $30k premium you pay over the "regular" S4.
  6. Spotted silver R33 GTS25t this afternoon @ roughly 5.20pm in Northmead - I think the plates were ECR33T (Damn my gold-fish memory!) Gave and got a wave and a nod.
  7. I was gonna put in bids on those items, but considering I have no funds to allocate towards them, I wisely decided against it.
  8. Spotted a Pearl White Stagea (s1) parked in Macquarie Street in Parramatta (NSW) this afternoon. I was on the way home from work, keeping my eyes open for traffic and kamakaze pedestrians, so by the time I realised what it was, it was too late for me to check the number plates... Looked stock, though.
  9. This thing is HOT!!! Found it here: http://www.carsensor.net/cgi-bin/CS/CSFBU0...SHOP=030089001M
  10. Good on you Jimbo and Stacey! I've never smoked, so I'm not going to pretend to know how hard it is to quit, but it IS motivating to hear someone taking up a challenge like this (or any challenge) to help others to give up and/or change habits of our own, whatever they may be. I have to say that getting in a lift with a bunch of smokers after a morning or lunch break is not a pleasant experience, and coming home from a pub, club, restaurant or whatever and smelling your clothes and hair is enough to make me happy I never took up the habit. Carrying a bottle of water or some fruit is a good idea. One of my workmates has an apple and a mandarin each morning break now, since he quit smoking early this year. At least that way if you choose to snack instead of smoke, then you are putting something healthy into your body.
  11. These are approximate, but here you go: 1hp = 0.743kW 1kW = 1.34hp
  12. I've noticed on the website that they actually list Autronic and APS!
  13. Aussie dyno (Dyno Dynamics) and Aussie boost controller (Turbosmart) - the Brits must regret sending all those convicts (and the potential wealth of knowledge) that they "threw away" when they shipped those convicts here roughly 215 years ago!
  14. Matt, there is a Stagea Buyer's Guide that I made and many have added to over time, so check that out and it may answer many of the questions you have. The beauty of this section of the forum is that we are all helping and learning from each other, so the information and knowledge is shared. Good luck with your search for a car, we are all certain you will enjoy the ownership experience! I know I have. Nick
  15. OK, I've FINALLY spotted the number plates - it's GTR-10S. Once again, right around 5.45pm.
  16. I've had a generic key cut, and it works fine. In fact, I don't use my Stagea remote key because it doesn't work with my alarm, so there's no point in carrying around a key with the remote fob as my alarm triggers my central locking, as I'm sure yours would do if you have one fitted. When I bought the car, I got the Stagea key w/remote fob and a standard Nissan key, and I then got an extra spare key cut to leave at home for emergency emergencies (i.e. in the unlikely event that TWO keys go missing).
  17. Noooooooooooooooooooooo Chris... And we didn't even get to cruise together as Stagea owners! Hopefully that opportunity will come up in the future, though. Either way, you're still a Nissan driver, so whenever you're in Sydney or I'm up near Newie or whatever, we'll have to meet up.
  18. Just heard an ad on TV earlier that RRP for PS2's is gonna be $199.95 (black) or $209.95 (satin silver), and somewhere is already selling them for $188... Might finally be time to step up.
  19. I've been either seeing (from a distance) or hearing this car just about every weekday now for about 3 weeks, usually around 5.45pm. Still wondering who it is, because by the time I get out the door to see it, it's gone...
  20. Thanks for the link Victor, will check it out because I missed it the other night...
  21. That's why you'd go for the deliberately narrower tyres on the rims, so the wheel is in line with the gaurd, but the tyre just tucks under...
  22. Thanks guys, I now have a little more confidence in running under the 1/4 tank mark.
  23. I really need to update to a PS2 - or should I wait and go SERIOUSLY broke when the PS3 comes out?
  24. Damn, 5speed, twin sunrooves, clear front and side indicators, and nice wheels, all for roughly $12k. Lucky guy/girl, whoever it is!
  25. Quick question, when does the fuel light come on? Is it when the actual fuel gauge is showing at or below Empty? I don't wanna find out the hard way that my fuel light doesn't work - unless I carry a Jerry Can around (which I'd rather not do). In my old Corolla, the fuel warning light would come on as soon as it hit a quarter tank, so I always knew where I stood.
