Yep, MrGTST, the privacy glass is UV-reflective. Even the lower-spec Stageas (X- and G-spec, which I don't think we even get here, if they're even eligible under SEVS) have UV-cut glass. AFAIK, most, if not all, cars would have UV-cut glass if they were built in the last, maybe, 15 years. Someone may be able to shed some more light (hahaha) on this...

Working part-time atm is killing me - surviving fine, but saving for mods, etc. is almost non-existant. Just started getting bits and pieces of my stereo together (the standard stereo and speakers suck), and gauges are next, then the performance mods will begin - starting with that intercooler... Agreed, the pearl does show up really nicely in those photos. I wasn't a fan of the white, but this is starting to influence me otherwise!

Just checked, and with the factory Stagea keyfob remote it does re-lock after 30 seconds if you don't open a door.

My alarm is set up to do that, I might try my (factory) remote and see if it does it with that while the alarm is not on...

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if an s2 260RS was only a cosmetic update. I doubt there'd be that much difference in updating to an R-34 spec RB26DETT, not with the weight a Stagea carries, anyway.

Spotted quite a few Skylines (mostly R33s, but there was one nice dark silver R34 four-door too) out at Penriff(!) tonight. Went to the Car Audio & Excellence sale there, but couldn't find anything worth buying. Need speakers, but I refuse to buy them without listening, and the Soundstream ones I did listen to and liked were $769 ON SALE, reduced from $999. Way overboard!

The Stagea that Andy (EGA41T) has just had imported is an s2, and has a 260RS front bar on it, and I'm sure I've seen pictures of s2 Autechs as well...

I had a look at the Nissan archives page that mike40sydney posted up, and Z trim does apply to the leather pack too. That sounds good Chris, any chance you'll persuade them to make the ones where the return pipe goes back under the intercooler core so we can still use the same holes as the standard SMIC uses? And another quick question, can you get your hands on Defi gauges? I want three 2" ones, Oil Temp, Oil Pressure and Boost, if you can get prices for them it would be greatly appreciated. Nengun are cheap, but apparently can take a long time getting here (which I suppose is the price you pay). Thanks, Nick

I was gonna suggest that switch, but wasn't sure if it would be the same on the s2 as it is on the s1. So which lights are the spotties and which are the parkers? Or are there two sets of spotties (one for Fog and one for Driving)?

The rear seat reclining is tops! You need to get a converter for the radio (if you haven't already) - Jaycar sells them. Triple J is 89.5 or something, that's the only station I listen to.

This... is an alternative spot to plug this torch in (I think)... Ya lucky bastard - I saw a Stagea with one of these at Edward Lee's, and one of the salesmen there showed me. I think there might be other things you can plug into it as well, but not sure. When we get our parts list CDs from Funky we should be able to find out if that's the case.
