Spotted this same silver s2 on Wentworth Avenue (heading towards Toongabbie) today around 5pm.
-
Huh? 1 - for the price, Brian says "Make me an offer." 2 and 3 - ummm, they're number plates. If you knew the car, then it's 99% likely the plates will be in mint condition, and surely even by the very brief description Brian put up you can use your imagination...

Like Cass and barnoon have stated, that's a fair way off ideal. An offset of +42 is something you'd find on a FWD car, so aim for something around +25 too +35 depending on the width of the wheel. There are heaps of offset calculators on different wheel websites. There are even iPhone/iPod and iPad apps for it.

Could also have been Alex (username CL11QE), he has a white s2 RSFour-S and lives in/near Leichhardt.
-
My nephew said he saw this same car today around 3.30pm. I'm guessing it was near his school in Quakers Hill.
-
Oh, and Yavuz has done a shitload of cars too, and not just Nissans.
-
I have no hesitation in recommending Yavuz @ Unigroup Engineering too - he's smart, but also very humble, very down-to-earth and very busy due to the quality work he does. I've been going to him for a while now (I've got a PowerFC on my Stagea - it was installed by someone else, but they cost more and took much longer to do everything, and were further away from me too). The only downside to going to Unigroup is that they only have a RWD dyno, but once the front driveshaft is removed (either by you or them) that won't be an issue.

I've been to see these guys and they offered some advice on what materials to look out for and try and avoid, etc. (not that I can remember any of it ). Might be worth giving them a call, and seeing if they can recommend something, then you can order it from their online shop. http://www.covercraft-pacificshop.com/index.html

That white s2, rego COP-003, is always there in the same spot. Shame about the tools in the Falcons - we'll just assume they're jealous. Many, many years ago we did a run up Bells Line of Road (about 6 Stageas together) and had a Commodore continually passing us, then getting passed by us, then passing us, etc. for ages, and he was towing a trailer with two trail bikes on it!!! Oh, Friday afternoon around 3.45pm I spotted a silver s2 parked along Wentworth Avenue in Pendle Hill in the industrial area.

Pearl white s2 C34 turning out of where the old Outpatients section was at Westmead Hospital on Hawksbury Rd, at 2.35pm this afternoon.

Welcome to SAU! Try this section, do some reading and if you can't find something, do a search. If you STILL can't find the answers to what you want to know, post some questions. Skyline V-series section: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/forum/170-v-series-skylines/

Spotted a slightly dirty (and maybe worse-for-wear - couldn't tell for sure because it was after dark) silver M35 RX/RS doing laps of George Street/Horwood Parade in Parramatta, quite possibly looking for parking in the area. This was around 8.45pm on Thursday night (Australia Day). Today, spotted StageIan in his red s2 C34 on Old Windsor Rd (or Briens Rd, whatever that particular stretch is) in Northmead, roughly 7pm.

That Z shot could have been great, but you put the watermark right through the most critical part of the image: the subject. I understand the whole issue with people stealing photos and posting them as their own works, but if you've gone to the trouble of making and applying a watermark, take the 10 extra seconds to make a second copy for places (like this forum) where your photo is less likely to be "stolen" by others. Use the version above for when you post to Facebook, etc.

Spotted and went out to lunch with StageIan and his fiancee on Sunday, then saw him again tonight went we took both cars out for a quick photoshoot meet-up in Norwest. There was another Stagea there (black or very dark purple s2) parked at the meeting spot for tonight's shoot, but didn't see the owner.

Unless you know your EXACT helmet size, you probably shouldn't buy your helmet online anyway... The helmet has to fit you properly with little to no movement for it to do its job. I'd suggest going down to your local motorbike/motorsports accessories shop and let them know you have a budget, and ask them to help you find a helmet that you like and fits properly.

Every car is slightly different, so whatever you get quoted could quite possibly be very different to what someone else will be quoted due to mods, condition of car (will any other work be required to make sure it's running at its best before and after the tune), accessories fitted (different injectors, fuel pumps, surge tanks, etc.).

No need to post a second thread to discuss this, dude. Just use your original thread to continue the discussion, and when something is decided post it in tne NSW Events section.

Replacing Park Light Bulb S1 Stag
GoldZilla replied to markdem's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Here you go: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/280495-front-parker/page__p__4732258__hl__removing+parkers__fromsearch__1#entry4732258 It does take some force once you have removed that top screw, though. -
OMG, it's Merli!

Unigroup! Yavuz is very down-to-earth and won't talk over your head either. It's yet another reason why Unigroup Engineering are so highly-rated by people here on SAU. Also, he won't do un-necessary work to your car then try and hit you with the bill for it later. I've been to some of the other workshops listed on here and they've tried doing that more than once.

This should be a good little event, Marulan has proven to be a tight, technical little track. I'm hoping to be able to get down there for this.

Syd: Thu 12/1 Cruise To Harrys Cafe De Wheels
GoldZilla replied to Bronx's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Hugh, it probably still looks almost exactly the same! Except for the updated roads, buildings etc around it. Wish I could come along, but I'm currently fighting off the flu and will be using whatever energy I have left to sort shit out around here - my sister is having her engagement party here this weekend and there's still some last minute stuff to help out with. If I can, I'll try and organize a similar gathering to the Harry's here in North Parramatta for maybe mid-February, even if it's just a meet-up with no cruise. -
That might also have something to do with your right foot, Duncan.

Congrats, Ruby! I've heard how expensive an IVF program can be, and even then there's still no guarantee that it will be successful, so I'm glad it's worked for you and your wife!

I won't be able to make it for this, but you guys should have fun out there. Just FYI, SAU-NSW had a private drag day a few months back (September 18th), and we'll be having another one this year on June 2nd. Because we hire the track exclusively, we get a whole day's worth of runs instead of just a few hours, and later in the day you can literally go out and do as many consecutive runs as you want. Charlie (NXTIME on here) and another guy on a motorbike would not even bother going back to pick up their time-slips - they'd do a run and come straight back out, turn around after going under the tower, and line up again straight away! I personally did 8 runs over the span of the day (with a best of 13.8) and Charlie and the guy on the bike must have done 20+ runs each... Here's the wrap-up thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/377530-saunsw-drag-day-wrap-up-thread/
