  1. LOL @ attempting to make a correction, and even the correction is wrong! They're = abbreviation for they are. Example: "They're going to check over your car for defects." Their = denotes ownership. Example: "Their car is bound to be full of defects." There = a place or location. Example: "Who owns that car over there? I bet when the cops pull him/her over, it's gonna be defect city for that poor sucker..."
  2. Meet is at EQ (Moore Park). Tomorrow night (Tuesday 29/11/11), starts at 8pm. $6 for parking. Usual rules just like any SAU event:
  3. Why sell it? It's a great camera, so if you got it with the kit lenses, keep the body and upgrade the lenses instead. Much better value behind that...
  4. I wanna go, not sure yet if I will or not...
  5. I'll give you $3.00, cash, final offer!
  6. Hey Craig (and Andy, too), we stopped at the Stone House cafe on our Stagea 15th Anniversary cruise on the October long weekend, so if you'd have attended you would have been amongst over 20 Stageas on that day. Speaking of Craig's, I spotted Jetwreck Craig (minus his M35, but kinda making up for it with the GIO R32 GT-R race car) yesterday at the SAU-NSW Dinner of Legends, and also Ryan in his s2 C34. This arvo I spotted StageIan in his s2 C34.
  7. 'Bout bloody time you post in here, Ryan. I've always wanted to know what your car looked like.
  8. People, I will have a SMALL selection of SAU merchandise goodies available for sale at the dinner. Please come and see me or one of the Execs if you would like to buy something...
  9. A white R31 Silhouette followed two cars behind by a silver R34 GT or GTt out near Bicentennial Park in Homebush today around 3pm or so.

  11. Saw that pic on FB, Jay, and I love it!
  12. LOL at the trolls already complaining because it's faster than their favourite "better-than-everything-else-in-the-world" V8 StoopidTaxi. One of them asks "which is cheaper" and funnily enough, if it wasn't for the massive blow-out that is the luxury car tax in Australia, the Ferrari would probably be cheaper to buy than a race Commodore or Falcon.
  13. Sorry peeps, despite the NFS warnings, it's been moved. If you want to know where, you'll have to become a member of SAU-NSW.
  14. I've had my car 6 years now and still find myself staring at it on occasion. I'd love to get another car, but I don't see myself selling this one, and I can't justify owning a second car.
  15. Love that shot - as Matt said, it's so crisp! Beautiful capture, man. You lucky MoFo! And that looks like a B7-chassis RS4 - don't see many of those around here... Wooh, good work with the first billboard, mate! And hell yeah, boso-stylee. That Corona MkII is nice, but Fonzy's TA22 Celica is awesome!
  16. Wide-body 4-door? Fking hot!!! I think I'm in love...
  17. LOL, were you in a daze or something? I swear you looked at or around my car at least 3 times before you noticed me waving at you... Today, spotted two M35s while heading out towards Windsor. One was silver and turned off Old Windsor Road where the Outback Steakhouse is in Parklea, the other was dark grey (rego: TW-xxx) and continued on Old Windsor, then Windsor Rd and turned off close to Windsor itself.
  18. Rust under the mirrors? Well, that rules me out...
  19. I've got Defi gauges, but it's 3 separate 52mm meters, not a DIN gauge like that shown. As for the double-DIN stereo, I got rid of mine because it was starting to play up anyway. Lucky for me, my car (being an s1) doesn't have the climate control functions trapped in there.
  20. Spotted a dark grey M35 with the AR-X/Autech Axis flares, but they were in body colour and it looked a bit too low to be an Axis, so maybe it was an s2 AR-X? Saw it parked in the carpark of Westpoint at Blacktown, around 2pm today.
  21. Giggety... Now we can start the party! Good work, PJ!
  22. Adam, I saw your car on Sunday at the JDMST meet, but didn't know who you were to pick out and come and say hello, and there were soooo many people there, so asking everyone would have been futile, as you could imagine...
  23. Yep, and was very close to home for me, so I went along. It was MASSIVELY packed, so many cars! The original meeting spot fell through, and it was a bigger venue too. And yeah, the car is nice - he's only had it about a week and it needs a few bits and pieces fixed and/or cleaned up, and he wants to change the wheels. He's also got an E30 Alpina that he's owned for about 15yrs that's been off the road for at least half of that - I've been bugging him to get it going again to take it out for a drive and a photo shoot.
  24. Thanks man! Ah crap, I just noticed how pixelated the sky looks in that shot... Let's pretend I'm being surrealistic, mmmkay?
