  1. LOL, pardon my temporary brain fade. I didn't check the photo before I posted and was just going off my (obviously very bad) memory.
  2. Do a search, you should be able to find at least 3 threads on it, just pick the one that suits your liking.
  3. Vented bonnet: you're doing it wrong, Pat!
  4. Thanks Dale. Yeah, wheel fit is just about spot-on. I'm not a fan of stretched tyres, but I could deal with those. So, who's going to own up to owning it?
  5. Oh, I forgot to mention that I spotted "ILEST" (Vic rego ILE57) in the show'n'shine section on the skidpan @ WTAC on Saturday.
  6. There's a Fb page for SAU-NSW, Mars, but not a group page. As Anna mentioned, this one allows group chats and a few other features as well.
  7. Spotted a white R34 GTt turning left from Dunmore Street onto the Cumberland Highway (heading South) this afternoon around 2.15pm. I think he may have spotted me too in my green Stagea, I noticed the driver do a double-take.
  8. The beauty of it is that I didn't even realise I'd captured it until I was scrolling through my photos about half an hour before I left! Yours is awesome from that angle too, John - it gives you an idea of how incredibly long those flames were.
  9. Awesome shot, John!!! Here's my contribution:
  10. Spotted a white s2 C34 on Jamison Rd in Penriffffff tonight, I think I've seen that same car there before.
  11. Spotted a whole bunch of old-school SAU peeps tonight!
  12. Spotted a white C34 with R34 GT-R wheels in the parking lot near turn 2-3 at Eastern Creek, then spotted a yellow s2 C34 stopped at a set of lights where Reservoir Rd crosses the Great Western Highway in Prospect. Both cars spotted less than half an hour ago.
  13. Spotted a dark silver C34 s1 parked about half way up Dunmore Street in Wentworthville about half an hour ago, rego BCGxxx
  14. Alex, I've seen (and photographed) an Evo wagon here in Sydney a few weeks ago, link: http://www.autocult.net and follow the link to the JDMST meet.
  15. Here's my contribution, taken mid-July, but only processed and uploaded tonight.
  16. Good work, Eric. Apart from the blue tinge (white balance, as Kory mentioned), I love the second photo. Is this near where that helicopter crashed the other week?
  17. IIRC Mel, and assuming that there is only one campus or they are all close together, it's only 5-10mins walk from St Leonards train station anyway.
  18. Matty, it's funny that you assume Mel's a troll when she has been on the forums longer than you and has more posts... Mel, are you gonna have a car with you when you head up? It might make it easier to find somewhere to stay if you have wheels and access to parking during the day while you're doing the course.
  19. I remember this day clearly, and can vouch for the condition of the brake pads on Ravi's car: they were literally bent like bananas, and that's NOT an exaggeration! I might even have a photo somewhere, I was that stunned at what I'd seen. I used to spend plenty of my youth helping my old man when he worked on cars, and I have NEVER seen brake pads in that shape.
  20. Spotted a white s2 C34 parked in the pits at the EC drift night tonight, right up near the first garages near pit entry (from the track).
  21. Yeah he did mention that, what's the story there?
  22. LOL
  23. You sure you thought about that first sentence properly, Iain? Wouldn't an ECU reprogramming be the electronic side, and the valve body upgrade the mechanical side? *Disclaimer: I don't know that much about autoboxes, but this theory fits with my understanding...
