  1. Pfft, stop whinging, Craig - at least you can get your side pipe kicks in once in a while, and in a proper race car too! Oh, I was at a group dinner with your dad and Terry on Friday night, and he mentioned something about someone being pulled over by the po-po, and them enquiring about how a black Volvo could accelerate so fast, is that the case?
  2. Kory, love the S15 shot! I agree, that blue looks amazing on them. When I was deciding on a car almost 6 yrs ago, it was either going to be a blue S15 or the LOLvo. Matt, that little 500 looks odd from that angle.
  3. Nice! About time I had a fellow Stagea driver in this section. Welcome to the forums, and welcome to Stagea ownership.
  4. LOL, that's almost a justifiable reason to hit a woman! 'Sif Kia...
  5. Okay peoples, this is what zip-up hoodies I'll be using: http://superioraw.com.au/sweats/18600/#specs The first run will be zip-up only, either in the black or royal blue, BUT the royal blue only goes up to a 2XL in sizing... The advantage with the zip-up hoodies is that it can be used for more of the year: zip it up when it's cold, undo it when it warms up! Next run, if this one works out well, will be the pull-over type, but most likely with the print on the back, due to the kangaroo-pouch pocket on the front.
  6. Why does Ben look so angry in the 4th photo?
  7. Hey everyone, the wrap-up thread is here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/371914-megalong-valley-cruise-wrap-up-thread/ Post all your photos, comments, etc. In there...
  8. Hope it was a good day for all. Please post all your pictures and comments in here. If there are any suggestions you can make to improve our cruise days, put them in too! If you attended today, loved it, and you're NOT a member of SAU-NSW, why not? There are many perks!! Now is as good a time as any to sign up, right?
  9. Spotted a silver M35 yesterday afternoon on Parramatta Rd somewhere between Stanmore and Burwood (can't remember exactly). I think it was an AR-X, it had the beard but it was all painted body-coloured. It didn't have an AXIS grill on the front or AXIS wheels.
  10. How about this article: the Tesla is approved because it's electric-powered. http://smh.drive.com.au/motor-news/ok-for-pplaters-but-as-fast-as-a-ferrari-20110328-1ccc1.html
  11. Good work, Eagle. Its been a while since we've had someone actually post a recipe in here. Barramundi is a great fish to eat too, not to many bones.
  12. More awesomeness from Matt - love it, mate! Oh how I love Jez's car!
  13. Unfortunately, some parents just don't care either. I was at an import dealership on the weekend and was told that a kid (relative term) had just received a Ferrari 360 off his parents simply to celebrate the fact that he was off his P's and was no longer on a restricted license! Apparently he was only around 21 years old.
  14. Pfft, 'sif let the wife/girlfriend get in the way. "But honey, it broke on the way home..."
  15. Have a look at this thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/371171-if-you-have-current-dealings-with-these-two/
  16. Spotted a yellow R34 GT parked in the outdoor parking lot beside Castle Towers tonight, saw it around 9.45pm.
  17. Your place, Chubbs.
  18. Oh, *possibly* even better than the R32 GTSt seats would be the GT-R seats (either R32 or R33). You'll sit heaps lower in those, and they should give you some more leg room too.
  19. I'm not a fan of those wheels, but considering they're on a luxury car it's a different story. Chromies on a sports car is Epic Fail, in my opinion! The first three shots and the last one aren't too bad, actually. Pretty good use of the surrounding environment.
  20. Spotted a white R34 parked downstairs at the shops in Winston Hills this afternoon
  21. Have a look in the Classifieds section here and narrow your options down by doing a search with "Stagea" as your tag. There are always a few for sale here, and a majority are cars that are well-loved and cared for.
  22. I'm reaching the final stages of designing the hoodies in both zip-up and pull-over types, hope to have more information in the next week. These will NOT be anywhere near as expensive as the jackets we used to sell. Keep your eyes peeled, people!
  23. C'mon people, there is a meeting this Sunday afternoon (around lunch-time) for those who have ideas to contribute to what we can do to make this an awesome event. If you cannot make it out there and you have ideas, feel free to add them to this thread or send a PM to either Terry or myself.
  24. Yeah, that's my "take" on it too. IMO a Subaru Liberty Outback would still just qualify (if I were in need to argue the point to a parking inspector) but a Forrestor would not (sorry Terry ). Hahahahaha Well, Stageas are basically built on a Skyline platform, so that's your qualification there. And yeah, the R34 front would make it a fair bit easier to convince them!
