  1. Well, i looked around dealers for about a day up in brisbane. I saw a white one identical to mine at a dealer for $29,900. Remembering that I've got the RS4-V, it has all leather, dual sunroof and assorted other goodies. Plus the subtle bodykit and the front end is different Ended up finding a guy selling this to upgrade to an R33 GTR. I bought it for $18,500. Since then it's only been a dream to drive. no problems, everything works and nothing has broken yet.
  2. I saw you guys, i was walking through civic just at the time about 5 skylines and assorted lesser cars drove down northbourne. very groovy baby
  3. Don't carry eggs, that just makes you as bad as them. carry spanners or something
  4. I got a 21st on tonight, and it's my B'day tomorrow, so no cruising for me, sorry guys. I know you're all sad you won't see the madwagon....
  5. Yeah i'm getting more power at higher speed, well that's what it feels like. and the clear front indicators came with the car, sorry mate, can't help you there. Same with the grill and eyelids. all part of the bargain i got
  6. You could patent the "Stagea manual conversion kit" and make money.. oh wait, give it to us first though
  7. 10psi at the moment. i want to see the power too, but i don't know anyone with a spare 4wd dyno
  8. 2530 is a HKS-Garrett turbo, called a HKS2530. AFM = Air Flow Meter
  9. Well guys i put my FMIC in yesterday, if anyone is interested i posted up the process in the stagea forum, http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=65404 So lookout for a Stagea with a dirty big FMIC flying around (note: stagea's do not actually fly)
  10. Hehe, don't laugh. i had that happen to me once, almost ended up sleeping in a ditch. just remember to tighten your nuts when you lower the car to the ground again... wheel nuts that is
  11. It does pull a little harder now. I hadn't driven it until i'd posted those photo's up. once i gave it a bit, and did a high speed drive (100kph) i noticed it did take off a bit better. the lag in 2nd seemed less noticable. it's not a massive power upgrade, but it's a good start. all i need now is a CAI box to make it complete
  12. Hey guys, i finished installing my FMIC today. Now, i haven't figured out how to post the pictures into the post, so i've just uploaded them. Basically, i pulled the entire front bar, plus bumper support off after raising the car. The kit said the old transmission cooler had to be moved, so i relocated the transmission cooler with the parts that came in the kit to in front of the washer bottle. the old intercooler was a pain in the arse to get out, probably because it had been there for 9 years. Taking out the coolant bottle helped a lot. After that, i had to cut a piece out of the bumper support, which i just used my jigsaw. i broke 2 blades doing this however. A fair amount had to be cut out of my front bar as well, but i forgot to get photo's of that. The FMIC was a bit of a tight fit, but after a bit of fiddling it all bolted in nicely. A sensor at the front had to be bent out of the way and one of my horns was relocated. The piping went in without a hitch, perfect fit, not worries. After cutting a bit more out of the front bar, because i'd missjudged, it all went back nicely together. the FMIC is still very subtle behind the front bar, and you can hardly see it at all unless you were looking for it. All in all, i'd give the GReddy Stagea FMIC Kit 8/10, it was all in japanese, and some pictures weren't too clear one what exactly was being done.
  13. Thats the problem i was getting, but i think it was because i had 2 650W subs bridged off the one channel
  14. Spotted thismorning, a nice dark grey R33 GTR with a sheila driving.
  15. I just got my 3 x 2 1/16 din gauge holder. looks alright, but will need some slight modifications to fit in snuggly, it's just a clip-in thing. all i need now are gauges
  16. That would have been me, hooray spotted again!
