I got quoted from O'briens in fyshwick, $1020 for a windscreen, and that's just the cost for them to get it. this doesnt include labour or whatever markup they put ontop of it. just a reminder to all stagea owners, be careful with your windscreens... they're bloody expensive

Ah i understand. Mine doesn't light up either, the demist light comes on on the dash though.

Jay, ony my car it's the ABS light, and only comes on during ignition. the one on the right of the ABS light doesn't light up, i have no idea what it is

Yeah i took my stagea to pedders and it pulls to the left. i took it back, and they said they didn't know what was wrong, because acdcording to how they'd set it up, it should pull slightly right (to counter road camber) anywho, then they said it might be the tyres because they're a shit brand and have been driven on underinflated for a while from the damage they have (by previous owner) so they gave me a free wheel alighnment when i get new tyres

well i had all the lights in my climate unit on my R33 busted, and when i replaced them with regular bulbs they were a dull yellow, not the clear sort of colour they come. you need to get the special bulbs with a blue coating on them, but i couldn't find them anywhere

I have the same problem, i have the double din factory unit and the fan speed and mode butons don't light up. i went to jaycar and got an fm converter, removed the stereo only to find out i already had one installe, but i didn't realise. made it much easier. the only problem is with the stock aerial, i don't get too goo reception, and when i go under powerlines it crosses tripleJ with another station and i can't hear anything. i'm going to get a proper stereo installed i think, the stock one is just good for detering theives

O'briens in Bathurst is where i took it initially to get the stone chips fixed. I went to the Fyshwick Shop today, and they told me that the repairs are under warranty, and if i get a new windscreen, they'll take the cost of repairs off the total cost of a new windscreen. they didn't know what sort of car it was though, and said it might be hard to get one, so i'm looking myself. I just can't find the receipt of the initial chips being repaired to guarrantee the warranty

Not expensive, i picked mine up for $18,500 and it's got leather interior, dual sunroof and bodykit.

Yeah it would have been me, i changed my rego on tuesday. finally got rid of those banana bender plates. Also Spotted a Blue R31 with SDU on the back window, and a white R33 with a pearl and a massive bodykit, possibly jetspeed, as it had a massive jetspeed sticker on it

My lovely new stagea has a massive crack across the windscreen thanks to a dodgy repair job on a stone chip. my question is, are R34 windscreens the same as Stageas? I have no idea where to even start looking for a windscreen except import wreckers. Cheers

Yeah i have the luggage fan also, it's on the switch on the right of the steering wheel next to the alarm led. does luggage really need a fan?

Mine idles fine, and i just clocked over onto 110,000km. My R33 used to idle weirdly, and i narrowed it down to faulty AAC valve or TPS swtich. same engine so maybe similar problems?
