  1. it's the same plug as an R34 but slightly different arrangement. some guys have put powerfc in after manual conversions, have a look in the manual conversion guide/checklist to see who has done it.
  2. You need to bring frangipani stickers to complete the detail I've heard.
  3. Put me back down as a maybe, I've been given a partial leave pass from the missus it just depends when I want to use it. I can't bring a BBQ, but if I come I'll probably be the only one who can fit it in the boot of their car, so I can help with transport of said BBQ if that helps anyone.
  4. Spotted a Bentley Continental GT Coupe driving through Bathurst today. British racing green, awesome site in the rear view mirror. It passed me like I was an Excel...
  5. I have an 040, it was a pretty simple job, you just need to get a hose clamp to hold it onto the pump cradle base. I haven't had any changes to my fuel consumption which would lead me to believe my A/F ratio hasn't changed.
  6. It's only about $500 from nengun, then a bit more for the looms. They say they have an S1 Stagea compatible version, so I don't know why I'd need to hard wire it. I'm in Bathurst, so finding someone to install it is the hard part, I'll probably have to take the car to Sydney. I'm not after a high powered solution, just something better than what I've got now (nothing) so I might end up getting the standard e-manage.
  7. I've got my combined fuel usage to sit around 15L/100km, so I'm looking at an A:F controller. What are peoples experiences with the SAFC II or GReddy e-Manage? I'm not sure which one to go for yet, they both look to do the same thing. I know SAFC II aren't made anymore, they've been replaced by the SAFC NEO, but I'd look for a 2nd hand one.
  8. I can't go anymore. The missus has planned for us to go to Canberra on the following weekend and we're taking her corolla. I never get to do anything fun.
  9. I've searched all those stores and bought 3 different silvers, none of which match I think you need to go to a paint store and get them to make up some
  10. Hey, I was really really hung over that day, give me a break. Also my car is not a skyline, sorry to burst the 30 car bubble.
  11. Can I be added to the list? I'll be coming to Canberra that weekend for the show.
  12. love you long time?
  13. I hope no one spots me. I've officially left Canberra. I now have NSW plates on my Stagea. Thanks for the fun everyone, I'll be in town at a latter date to say G'day.
  14. Powersauce will pull me through the powar!
  15. I have TEIN's fitted to my wagon and chris worked well with them, fixed a few problems for me too.
  16. Supercheap auto, $20 for 5m
  17. Any news on that G-sensor?
  18. You're just jealous that I can fit 30 cartons of beer in my car,
  19. I'm leaving town this weekend, but I'll try my hardest to return to Canberra on that weekend for Marques. leave me a spot, my wagon is bigger than your skylines
  20. I think the missus wants to get one, she saw the picture above and said "That's much nicer than your current car, why don't you get one of those?"
  21. hmm, probably shouldn't do that.
  22. cut it in half then plastic weld it back
  23. Yeah lousy torx bolts, had to buy a socket to install the handbrake. I don't do too much rally driving, so hopefully the G-sensor doesn't take too much of a beating from my turning it 90 degrees. I will endeavour to turn it back now that I understand its purpose better. I'm driving my car full of gear with a trailer to Bathurst tomorrow, so I'll be taking it nice and easy. It's a very easy way to lower your car by loading it with about 500kg of stuff. When I get to Bathurst I'll turn it around for the homeward journey.
  24. I had to turn mine 90 degrees to get it to fit, do you think that could be a reason it's not functioning? Maybe I should try and move it around to face the direction it did originally.
  25. My 4WD light isn't on, my mech just noticed the g-force sticker on the side was red, meaning it had sustained a large impact or something and it probably wouldn't work all the time. I haven't noticed any problems with it, I was just trying to work out if it was a common problem and why it would cost up to $2500 for a new one. I think my transfer case killing itself and this g-sensor are separate, yet coincidental issues.
