    I wouldn't cruise on the friday night, unwritten rule of summernats: locals keep car in garage on friday night. the cops are out in force and basically block off the main cruising routes after 10pm. an earlier cruise could work though, if we wanted to meet up, head around the lake or something for a few shots and a cruise through the city?

    Sorry mate, didn't get the message in time. I'm back in the good old national capital now, it was just a quick trip to newcastle for a couple of days to see the in-laws. I'll make it up there one day though, don't worry about that.

    Gee, thanks for remembering me Mick... Don't worry about 'best stagea' category, i'll be the only entrant. i'll just get thrown in with the 'best non-skyline' and give it a nudge with the cefiro's, laurel's, cima's, silvia's, fairlady's, 350's, GTi-R's, Maxima's, Pulsars, X-trails, Navara's, Patrols, Micra's & Tiida's... oh and the old datsuns.

    Spotted a Silver S2 in east maitland today while going into greenhills. That's right, i'm in Maitland for a couple of days, keep an eye out

    Well if the Local liberal government said they'd build one when they're elected, and now it's up to the federal government (which is already liberal) then maybe we'll get one built after all?

    The M35's are awesome. I've got my eye on a 350RX Four in the near future. Twin turbo conversion anyone? Just my opinion, flame away....

    Yeah i gave up waving because most of the time i just get a weird look. unless it's someone i recoginise that is. I'm the only stagea in town with www.skylinesaustralia.com across the back window and an FMIC

    i've got 180,000 and had no problems with diff yet. i have however had to replace my wheel bearings as they were making a terrible noise from the rear at high speeds.

    spotted heaps of skylines... bah why do i bother, no one ever sees me....

    take the coil cover off, then start the car. unplug each coil pack one at a time until you find the plug that when taken off it doesn't cause the car to idle really really badly. another method is to turn the engine on without the coil cover, then turn the lights out and see which one sparks are coming out of, that'll show you which coil has a short.

    spotted a white R34 with 'for sale' on the back in melba heading across to florey about 5 minutes ago

    It has small leg room because A: japanese people are small and B: it's based on the same chassis as the skyline/laurel models, and as such has similar legroom. the only difference in rear seat room between the stagea and an R33 coupe is the head room, you're not jammed up against the rear window in the stagea

    well i know where to park for the nats as the area surrounding EPIC can get quite congested. We could all meet up in Dickson, the nearest shopping area, then drive up the road to the parking areas before going into the nats. it depends on what times/days people are arriving as most of the festivities occur on the saturday, especially at night

    doh, i didn't get very good coverage, i'm like the kid at school who says "Hey look, there's me in the background, you can sorta make me out... it might be someone else but i'm sure it's me. let's say it's me..." and so on.

    don't forget tassie. With all the press coverage on vic people have missed another big problem bush fire. i think something like 40+ houses have been lost so far in the nations 'box' region
