Yeah thanks for the bits, lousy rally damaging my car.
Spotted a white R33 going up william hovell today, shared waves. also after leaving autobarn had a maroon R33 pull up next to me on Lathlain St.
Spotted Hungry Jacks in Belconnen burning down in front of my place last night. i thought it was just steam at first, but then it turned black and 4 fire trucks came to the rescue, but to no avail, it be gone...
Just so no one wrecks their stagea assuming the split is 0:100, this is incorrect. The normal torque split is 20:80 until you press the button, or the car loses traction on the rear. Then it applies equal torque split. There was a thread on this button AAAGGGEEESSSS ago and we all went into great detail about how the button works
Nah, it was around 9:30ish. anywho, there was a silver/grey 2 tone R33 at the shell as well when i pulled out.
Spotted a nice black R33 going through civic today around 3ish, had a nice FMIC and a drift wing on the boot. looked like my R33 but black
I've been using 100 RON for a few weeks now, and i have found the car to be a little more responsive and also uses a bit less when i put my foot down. i don't have to drive extremely careful now to still get the same 350km our of a tank. one i get my manual and a Powerfc i expect to get a better result, but that's just a guess
seeing as these cars share their engines with skylines, perhaps a search in the automotive section might bring more information to you quicker. i know when i'm looking for engine upgrade parts the best information is found there.
Now that we've figured the push/pull, what clutch do you use with an R33 GTR box and an RB25DET? do we use a GTR clutch or a GTST clutch, or do they both fit?
Also on a happier note, my gearbox will be here in 4 weeks!!! time to get stuff organised!
Bugger, well when i looked for mine i couldn't find one anywhere. this one i got through slidewize is the same price anyway. no loss, just a 3 month wait
i paid 20000Yen for my R33 GTR gearbox, but the freight killed me bringing the total up to AU$1000. parts are insanely cheap in japland, but getting the heavy things here is still expensive
