  1. The description is on the back of the coin box that you pull out to access the fuses. I had it on mine, but then i hacked the coin box up to fit my turbo timer into it, and now i can't read some of them and the box isn't very easy to get out. i didn't really think about the job very well
  2. There's probably more in the ACT than the whole of tas Is that your car in your avatar?
  3. Caster rod bushes are a common failure in suspension, they're the big ones underneath the front. they use R34 ones, and aren't the cheapest bushes to replace. make sure it comes with a front strut bar and the rear boot cover and netting, these items are a pain in the butt to source and should have been a standard fitting
  4. Stagea is the WGNC34 (awd turbo), laurel is the EGNC34 (awd N/A) or EGC34(2wd turbo) All skylines, stageas and i think maximas are based on the laurel platform i think you'll find, so that's why they are very similar and have the same wheelbase/chassis
  5. We don't want to know what you 2 get up to in your own time
  6. Saw a black R32 GTR just off northbourne this arvo after i'd filled up at the BP, gave a wave got one back, anyone on here?
  7. I think the RTA is starting to go too far with things like this. firstly the point system has been completely screwed. you can't flick a booger out your window without losing half your licence. licence plate costs have gone through the roof with this stupid 'per year' fee for them, and rego costs general are way too high compared to the rest of the country. They're some of the reasons i'm changing over to ACT rego next year, everything is cheaper (except rego)
  8. Being in gungahlin it'd almost be worth replying to the NSW Spotted thread, hehehe. nah just kidding. i'm up at gungahlin at least twice a week, and i've not seen too many skylines up there. might be the demographic that live in gungahline, all owning BMW's or something
  9. Maybe it just uses the dash lights to flash then, i think my R33 did that as well as having an LED on the computer
  10. Was yours the black one? i think i saw it parked there. I'm surprised no one saw my Stagea in town, they stick out like sore thumbs around bogandores. i was cruising aorund with my brother in his Chaser and another mate in Supra
  11. My Stagea came with the Mongoose M80, and i've just had one installed in my R33. it's probably one of the better alarms i've seen. It's turbo timer compatible which was good when i got my TT installed. you can get microwave sensors with it, but the dealer i spoke ot said they wouldn't be very effective in the rear of the wagon, only in the front.
  12. I don't think it should. I keep a bottle of ATF, Brake fluid and a chamois in that pocket, and they're never warm when i pull them out.
  13. Nah man there's 3 that live near my place, mine and 2 others are regularly around here. I'm in the centre of town in belco
  14. Yeah they came with the car fortunately. i got a few things extra a lot of stageas didn't come standard with, i got lucky
  15. Boaring hey? you like playing with male cops? that's wrong
  16. I've got a non-standard grill on mine, but still have the standard front bumper it's a bit plain, i've been looking for a badge or something to stick over it for a whilw now
  17. Check rust in the sunroof runners, a common place for it to start. also in the door/boot hinges, they're another favourite. i think the ssame applies for every other car, look out for km's, paint defects or damage etc. Oh, but make sure it has the front diff/axels if you're getting an RS4. someone in NZ bought what they thought was an RS4, but turned out to be an RS (2wd)
  18. It has 2 knobs on each side, it's blue colour but doesn't have any pictures. It's the 5650 i just remembered. my mate has the 5750 and it has the pictures on it. I got it at summernats last year from the JB hifi shop and saved about $300 on it. everything i bought was on massive sale, i'm not a retail-paying chump
  19. what have you done to you R33 to make it 1260kg, as they came from the factory at a kerb weight 1370kg? R32's were 1290kg kerb weight from factory Just remember guys, you can't get Milk and Juice in 2.5L
  20. yeah i saw all those cars too. saw a black R32, wasn't sure if it was gtst or gtr, but i don't think he had any idea what my car was. too many falcodores around to be appreciated
  21. I made a custom Sub box with 2 x 10" woofers and a 5 channel amp last year, i had pics of it up a while ago but they've gone now. i made the box shaped to the back of the wagon and it fits nicely between the towers and under the boot cover. In the front i have a pioneer MP3 head unit something, i forget the model number, 5*** series pioneer kevlar 250W splits in the front, and pioneer 4 way 220W 6" in the rear doors. sound is awesome and can barely be heard outside the car. i run the splits and subs off the amp, and the rear speakers off the head unit. bit odd, but it gives the best response.
  22. Turns out i do have the same exhaust as you, but only form Cat back. i'll have to get the autosol onto it to get it looking like yours though, mine has been on there at least 2 years
  23. Wow, that exhaust looks almost identical to my one, but mine isn't as shiny anymore. maybe i've got one of those too. i can't hear the exhaust at all really unless i'm behind the car loading the boot. looks really good though, congrats
  24. Someone once said a Series 2 R33 looks like a Series 1 smacked around with a set square
  25. That would have been me if it was around lunchtime. It's my old R33 i sold ot my brother, i'm getting the whole bodykit replaced in a week and a bit. A bit embarassed driving it at the moment
