It has been treated to new spark plugs every 15000km... I have never had any trouble, apart from my turbo letting go and me putting the new hi-flow unit on about 30,000km ago. It drives like a dream.   6. very well could be the bad rich and retard thing... too much air coming in so the stock ecu craps itself - dumps heaps of fuel in and pulls all the timing...
  7. 12.5psi on a stock turbo is risky... stick to 10 despite the flack i'll probably cop now.
  8. +1 for boost leak. had similar issue when I fitted my front mount... Tightened the clamps, problem solved!

  12. Atmo BOVs sounds awesome. But is it serious worth the pain in the arse hassle of getting pulled over, bent over and fisted by HWP for a mod that adds no performance gain??? Stock r33 or gtr BOV would easy handle the boost your running. Do a search, heaps of people including me run stock BOV with 15-18psi...

  14. Ah, me thinks your wrong on that one. 2.5L means that all 6 cylinders combined have an internal capacity of 2.5L, not that 2.5L of fuel can be in the engine..
  15. If its the pump that Slide sells, its an internal pump... THe humming is because it viabrates in the tank...
  16. what sort of pump do you have? intank or external? external lines in boots and what not are notorious for smelling

Running a tap through the hole is the best way to know its nice and straight.... usually its pretty easy to do, most of the time the thread goes good and not a lot of metal is shaved off by the tap... Seen guys try and force the proper sized bolt back in, but its a hit or miss adventure and you may end up cross threading it again!

  19. I would be concerned about having bad bearings if your getting low oil pressure on idle... You need to get a mechanical guage on that car ASAP!
  20. i change the filter every 40,000km... Thats what the service sticker on the bonnet says.
  21. +1 for AFM issue.... make sure it is plugged in properly, if it is, give it a clean
